Noon Rewards

Never received the free meals. Also food used to be really delicious but has gone way down hill and everything just tastes like salt.

Don't know how this got in my phone. I never downloaded it, but here it is somehow.

Confusing. Not sure what my actual account balance is. Not sure which meals were paid for from my account, or which were credited by the app.

The store food had so much salt. And the "50% off in December" offer on 222 Broadway store was never applied. I used this app repeatedly in December. Sucks!!

My absolute most favorite restaurant, Amazing food, Great service. No problems at all with the app or payments. A++

The main issue I have with this app is that the payment for my food isn't immediately taken out. They allow it to accumulate over a period of time and take it all out at once. Also, adjusting an online order makes you redo the entire order. A big letdown for a place I really enjoy.

I gave the app benefit of the doubt, and waited 3 days for the free meal reward voucher. It never came, and support did not respond to my inquiry

You don't get a free entree for downloading the app. They are lying.

They cheated after misinforming about the offer.

The app delivers an incomplete orders to the restaurant. My order has been wrong each time. Not worth the trouble. I feel cheated. Want my money back.

It is not worth it to use the app. You have to preload it with money to receive the "reward" which is a $10 credit after you spend $100. A 10% reward is not worth the trouble to use the app. Also, they will not refund any amount that you load on the app even though they promise you they will.

They advertise for free entree but charged for stuff without informing that it would be extra even when I specifically asked before ordering. Never going back. They cheat, I told them to charge via app credit but they refused. It was a complete rip off.

Garbage. Gives errors of some sort everytime it tries to scan a rewards card, wants too​ much information and is painfully user unfriendly.

Why does it need access to so much personal info. Will never visit them again.

Liked the app at first but discovered today I cannot update credit card info - wtf? Still getting occasional discount but will likely get rid of app if I cannot update info

The payment system only bills once a month so get ready for random charges. I also can't unlink my credit card, so I'm forced to deal with this system if I want the points.

I love the restaurant and am excited about a rewards app, but do I really need the exploits that are on here ? The payment link seems excessive to me, even though I opted to skip it.

I do not like the fact that I can not delete my info if I do not want the app anymore. I love Verts but this app system is ridiculous. I just want to delete my info

First use and I was forced to use the $2 credit I was given for downloading the app. I want to save up credits I earn from business lunches to use those credits for personal lunches. If I'm forced to use any credits I have then I cannot do that. Let me control when I spend my credits, please.

I can eat at this place every day.
