Incredibly less performing than the website, even with a smartphone. On the website, you can have several different routes. On the app, only 2, and most of the time, the 2 worst !!! And can't change the route by tapping on the map like on Google Maps or other apps. This is a big, big lack. I expected a lot more from such a great company. Very disappointed. (plus, why the hell do you need my phone number ????)

I just downloaded the APP, but went through it to see what it has, looked very good without any problem to use it. A good App Without asking for numerous permissions for access of your information., which is the most risk factor these days.

There is no chance to make distance to be in km by default and currency to be in euros by default too. If I need to change it from pounds and miles every time when I restart this app it would be not good enough to use it daily. That is why you got only one star from me. Fix this problem and you'll get five stars.

Frustrating. Far worse than Michelin's paper maps (best in class) and even worse than their app from few years ago. Bugs and weak features: attractions and restaurants are grouped, but cannot click on. Need to zoom in but then you'll lose them. Typing city name goes max 1 character per second. Some villages simply missing (eg Chatel), many discrepancies with the map and missing signs which are very relevant (eg steepness arrows). Hire some real IT guys and users! Could and should be the best (paying) app.

The route planning is good. The selectable trip type option is really useful. Simple and effective cloud support just works. But all this is to no avail without offline support.

Impossible to save units' preferences. Hey, you have my account signed in, you have the country I'm driving in, - what else do you need to make your app remember which units to use? Why should I every tume change miles to km, gallins to liters, etc.?
