Called three times to get my vouchers loaded on the app to no avail. Viator is constantly trying to sell you more trips rather than deal with their functionality problems. Voucher cannot be downloaded to your phone so if you do not have wi-fi you cannot present to the outfitter.

This is the easiest way to your an unfamiliar area. I spent 8 weeks on a road trip around the US and used it frequently. I've also used it on other trips. I've never had a bad experience.

I used Viator to book an excursion while in Santiago. I wanted to go back and review the company because they offered great service. However, you can't look up past bookings on the app or website and when you search the list of companies to attempt to find the one you used, the descriptions are very similar and the actual company names are not listed. I assume that is Viator's way of keeping you from booking directly, but it is awful for the company I want to promote. I get very frustrated with "tech" companies making the customer experience harder in order to protect their business model.

Viator is bogus. I booked some stuff in January 2017 for a trip to Las Vegas in June 2017. Ended up having an emergency come up that is causing me not to be able to go in June now. Went to go and cancel the stuff I booked and the cancellation fees are 100% of what I paid. So they just made a hell of alot of money off of me. Bullshit.

I'm not too impressed with this app. Don't trust it to show your e-booking vouchers because it only works sporadically. Make sure you print a paper copy or you may be left stranded. The contact phone number given on the voucher for the local contact came up number unobtainable.
