App couldn't even open on my Sony phone, love Vice but holy this is a crap app. Most infuriating thing is that it won't even let me access this which I'm supposed to get free as a Fido customer. Needs to be worked on to get the bugs out before you would even consider getting this app

Trying Vice again. I still like it for my alternative news. The auto-playing video advertisements that originally turned me off of Vice, are gone. Articles about food recipes finally display the actual recipe. The bad, the app crashes and freezes a lot. Most linked videos, particularly from Twitter, don't work. There are a number of articles that show up multiple times in the feed and there still isn't any way to filter articles I'm not interested in. Overall, it's ok.

Every time I go back from an article, to read another, the screen goes blank and I have to reopen the app. This has only happened since the last update.

usual vice stuff but embedded video and audio rarely works, if ever. Kindly sort it out

I love the app just can't figure out why every time I cast to my tv it shows that its paired but still plays through my phone please fix this for 5 stars

I love VICE, however this app doesn't seem to be operating properly. It constantly freezes or just stops altogether whenever I try to watch a video (although there are never problems with the ads they run prior to the video). If this issue were fixed I'm certain I'd give 5 stars. Love the content!

I love the content but the Chromecast is incredibly buggy. Some will work but start freezing/cycling through shows instead of paying the next thing in the playlist. Other shows just don't work at all. The Vice logo shows up on my tv and the site just continues to play on my phone. I'm really regretting the fact that I deleted all the episodes I recorded during the free preview once I discovered the app.

Hey! It pauses my music again (when opening a new story) , I think it's the terrible video ads. The version before this was fine. Please fix so I can read on the subway in peace. Edit: seems to work fine again, thanks!

I will love to give five stars because of the content, but the problem comes when you try to cast it to the TV. Sometimes it let you and with some episodes is completely impossible, but you can cast them from Google Chrome. I think the problem comes with the commercial before the show, but not quite sure. Anyway, try to solve it because is not worth it to have content in 4K if we can watch it on the TV.

You make a crap app for Android. Makes it hard to get left news when I want it if your app constantly crashes. Right news apps dont, weird.

WTF Vice! Fix your garbage buggy app already. Maybe you can break 5k downloads if you bring your company's considerable resources to bear and give users something better than the turd sandwich you are currently offering....

Incredibly unintuitive, the app does not update with new episodes of any new shows and also there's no real way of finding a particular show you really want to watch, e.g. I want to watch the new episode of desus & mero but I can't see it anywhere, in order for me to watch I had to go to the explore menu select the viceland channel and scroll to the episode but it only shows me the last episode only, the app does not have the new one. The recommendation menu on top only shows I'm interested in. I wish there was a way where you guys listed the shows just how the various channels are listed in the explore menu.

Why don't you just call the app semiVice if you're gonna region lock all the media? What a waste of time. Half Arsed phone port. Pffft.

It's kinda okayyy....

Since the latest update, some stories just won't load, displaying a blank screen. I'm not sure if it's dependent on channel (Noisey, Broadly etc) also it does seem slower than before (even though it's slightly prettier)

Vice used to be great, controversial and cutting edge. Then it seemed as if it sold out, as they took a dive off of the liberal cliff. Now it is just another predictable mouthpiece for the liberal left.

Used to be one of my favorite apps, now the apps always force close when I open it

Love all things vice, the app works good for me. IDK what people in comments are talking about. Only thing I don't like is one can't save or bookmark cool stories
