I'm sure it's a great app but it won't let me make an account. It keeps saying something is wrong try again later and in which I have multiple times. Please fix.

Love the app. I just wish VS would do a better job of keeping online sizes in stock.

This ap is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate in. I love checking for OFFERS every few days. The photos are clear and bright. I also appreciate and utilize the reviews.

I'm 62 yrs old, cancer survivor Thank God. I own nothing but bikini & thongs. Makes me feel sexy for my age. Too bad I don't have a MAN. WAY OVR DUE SHOPPING DAY @ VS. It's Christmas so I need TO go buy me some Christmas goodies. I feel I deserve a treat & no better place than VS. LOVE IT!

When prompted to sign in..it keeps saying that my email address is invalid when it clearly isnt..it won't even let me get to the password section. Yet when I say forgot password.it accepts that it's a valid email address. It also asks me to upgrade and then when I accept that option. .there is no upgrade ..it just brings me to the playstore screen to either open or uninstall!

I have been a member of "Vickie's" fan club for about 33 yrs now. Every lingerie item I own is Vickie's. I have some bras that are 20 yrs old, and yet liko brand new. If you take care of this lingerie it will last a long time and remain BEAUTIFUL!! I have nothing but LOVE for VS! My niece has been wearing Vickie since she was 10 yrs old. She is now 27 and a loyal VS girl. She just got married and you know I got her the entire bridal line of items. Her new husband calls me his FAVORITE AUNT!! Wonder why?(ha ha ha) Guess he's a VICTORIA's SECRET girl, too!!

As a Victoria Secret Angel, the app is easy to use, and I get great previews. I love the ease of placing, purchasing, and tracking my orders; through the app. However, Victoria has more then one secret! The CON is they don't make a bra that fits me, 90% of VS sportbra's are nowhere near SEXY like my panties. Give some love to the 38G/H women like me! The PRO is that a medium or large underwear fits wonderful, and are always so comfy no matter the style, WIN. The 4th star is for the awesome gifts.

App won't let me pay my vs credit card bill or keep up to date on transactions. Has not added in my latest purchase...but I'm sure they will want to be paid for it. Now I have to go on computer to pay my bill ands get an accurate statement for my account. I contacted them about this and never received a response. Might as well uninstall the app because I have to go on the computer to pay my bill anyway so it's kind of useless.

This app needs a lot of work. It's way behind on times. Today I couldn't even make a payment. After you submit all your information you can click "continue." That button won't activate no matter what I try.

Only sizes that seem to be available are small and x small. Last 2 bras had hooks come off after 2 washes. Haven't ordered anything online from here in a year. Nothing is ever available, unless you are a teeny tiny person. Need better size range online.

One of the most poorly designed apps I've ever seen. Can't decide which is worse, this one or the JoAnn Fabric one. You think you are signing in to view your credit card but no...they want you to purchase more crap first.

The Victoria's secret app and website will not open on my S7. I had the same issue with my S5 and was excited when I upgraded so I could finally shop! I'm so disappointed. It won't even work enough to contact customer service!

The app is easy to use, but here lately, I haven't been able to check out from the app and I got an email for the semi annual sale, but my app hasn't updated. It still has.the after christmas sales. I should just stick with the website for as much trouble as the app has been lately!

Beautiful and classy as always. I would think of changing the prices on the short silky robes. A bit pricey for robes. Ladies more inclined to buy bra/panties or night gown with the robes if brought prices down even by $20

I love how the app works. The only inconvenience is the gift card process. Other than that, it's great. Too bad they have discontinued most of the "adult" side (clothes, shoes, bathing suits, etc.,).

Login/pwd info is incorrect, continually go through the change password process. Then once you're in the app will not stay logged in while shopping around. Accumulated extra fees because of this. Groundhog's day @

can't even pay my bill, always has error with transaction, has caused late payments twice. I don't think customers should have to pay for the shortcomings of the company...

It does not load properly on my phone and I have to end up using my browser to be able to see anything. Maybe if the app updates, it will work better but right now, it is not helpful at all.

I used to always miss their sales in my near by mall. Lol. But with this app I can see when there's a event. And the best thing. I can do it while im literally laying in my bed.

The only thing I don't like is how slow the navigation through the pages are, but what do you expect when you have THAT MANY incredible styles and great deals! love Victoria Secret!

My biggest complaint is that I can't make a payment on my Angel Card bill through the app. The navigation within the app is also really poor. The final issue I have is that the producers of this app have put zero effort into fixing the problem, they can't even be bothered to respond to the significant amount of poor reviews that reviewers are giving this app. I'd like to pay my bill without having to pay the fee for paying on the phone.

It has so many adds that it doesn't even have time to load the real stuff they have on sale bad app!!! They went extreme w all the extra effects!

I'm not sure why but the app has been messing up for like a week, or more. I really wish you would fix it. I don't like using the browser,to shop. It's not the same.

Love love this APP one thing only the regular shipping is very bad it will take more than 2 weeks for me to get the order.

I like the app and its easy to look around and to find what you are looking for but it crashes alot.
