Que es VIGIA

VIGIA es un App social comunitaria, que te ayuda a alertar y a reportar incidencias delictivas del fuero común, así como fallas en los servicios públicos municipales en las diferentes ciudades de México, como primera premisa busca dar una voz de alerta a los habitantes y compartir con los demás ciudadanos en una misma comunidad los eventos delictivos suscitados en tiempo real.

Es un esfuerzo autónomo de ayudar e inhibir la incidencia delictiva en las comunidades de nuestro país México a través de la comunicación en tiempo real y el conocimiento de el resto de la población, focaliza también el esfuerzo en reportar cualquier anomalía de los diferentes servicios públicos para coadyuvar con las autoridades en la pronta resolución del problema que afecte a la comunidad.

Con VIGIA " Ciudadanos Vigilando" tendrá el usuario la facultad de alertar activamente sobre delitos en tu comunidad, pero también podrás recibir alertas de otras personas que estén utilizando la App en tu comunidad.

Puedes crear zonas de interés en la ciudad que consideres sensible a tu estilo de vida y rutina, con ello recibirás información de lo que pasa allí en tiempo real y podrás prevenir y/o actuar en consecuencia.

VIGIA Ciudadanos vigilando es una comunidad focalizada en generar estadística pública para la atención de incidencias en la infraestructura de servicios públicos municipales, así como en los delitos del fuero común y las publicaciones de cada miembro están sujetas a tres niveles de validación:

Deben cumplir con los Términos de uso de VIGIA.
Pueden ser denunciadas como abuso por otros miembros.
VIGIA puede eliminar en todo momento cualquier contenido que considere abusivo o fuera de toda proporción moral y social.

Si el usuario considera que una denuncia no es justificada, lo primero que puede hacer es Reportar Abuso. Si otros usuarios consideran lo mismo que tu, esa denuncia eventualmente será eliminada por los mecanismos y filtros sujetos en el protocolo de funcionamiento de VIGIA.

Si el usuario que reporte el abuso es el único que considera que una denuncia es abusiva, puede enviar su justificación para su aclaración al correo de soporte técnico establecido en la aplicación, con la siguiente información adicional:

Tu nombre de usuario en VIGIA
Fecha y hora de la denuncia
Ubicación de la denuncia (Calle, Ciudad y Estado)
Descripción o printscreen de la denuncia
Motivo de la solicitud
Probatorias de lo contrario a la denuncia

El procesamiento de éste tipo de solicitudes es manual y puede llevar varios días. Es importante establecer que las resoluciones del los abusos pueden determinar el bloqueo temporal o definitivo de la cuenta de algún usuario, que puede incluir a quien hizo la denuncia en disputa o a ti mismo si la solicitud carece de fundamento y está destinada a atacar directa o indirectamente a usuarios que hacen buen uso de VIGIA y puede tomar unos días el resoluto o final.
