I finally found how to link multiple bank accounts to this app(specially useful when u have 2 bank accounts linked to the same phone number). Link the first account by the normal process of OTP. Once this is linked, open the app and go to the settings>add customer id. Enter the customer id for ur second account(if u dont know ur customer id then u need get it from ur bank). You will receive an OTP after u enter ur customer id, validate the otp and both ur accounts can now be accessed from the app!

I am facing problem. my registered mobile number their was 2 account which is same number. But I can't open my second account on this app. Kindly contact

Errors are coming while using the app. I have added loan accounts but updated balance not showing.

Nice app. But My 2 nd A/C till not open last one month. Please re-solve my problem. This is my Pension account. Only one account is open in my mobile app. Please reset.

I was using this app for few years but recently I forget the password and app was not opening. I accessed the number of attempts. Now I am getting message contact admin' whenever I try to start it after putting my phone number in the slot. Please help me.

Whenever I try to reset my mpin through forget mpin option an error code 999 pop up is shown. There is no help option. Stuck with no where in app if you forget the mpin

Worst app doesn't open it. automatically it close in a few minutes.. Better than other bank like hdfc bank I recommend it..

When I try to login there is an error with code 501. Bank also does not care customers complaints and call center does not take customers call.

Works. But NO credit card management. Just sb ac and loan statement can be seen even after updating to 3.0.5. As vijayabank often fail to send credit card statements, integration of credit card account also a must so that we can track expenses. Every time VB says to install the latest vpassbook+ but no use.

I am getting "error: 501" when trying to access my account. Earlier it was working fine. Please help!

There is a defect in the app. I have a loan with bank. For past 1.5 year I am paying my emi and every transaction is shown in the app but the amount left to be paid is never updated. Even the timestamp changes but not the amount. It's same as it was 1.5 year ago

I have 2 account for the same mobile no but its only showing only one account.please update with this feature else everything is fine.

Awesome app.... I loved it.... Really in digital banking Vijaya Bank is best.... U dont need to visit the bank .... Ur bank is in ur mobile.... Download the apps and use it.

I have two a/c which was same number but i cant open my second a/c kindly help me.

Its worst app i ever seen.its automatically get lock wit use of correct password ,and some times shows ""entered phn no wrong nt register wit bank acct "" wch iz i using frm early days

Closed term deposit accounts are still displayed as operative. I need to see only operative accounts in my passbook. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

app is asking phone number and I put a phone number it says this number is not recorded
