The rates is good, but the calling system to Ghana is very very poor. So am not going to keep it. It's a pity but my credit was wasted due to the very poor calling system

This is the worst app ever. I was told by a marketer that it offers cheap calls. The rates to my country was 0.08kr for mobile and 0.01 for landline with no connection fees which was very good. I loaded and used but after 2 days Vimo introduced a connection fee of 0.99kr which means anytime the call connects even when it is a bad connection or voice mail it takes such a huge sum. What a scam and shameless way to rip off customers. Also the voice quality is quite low. I rate this app 1 out of 5.

Dear Team, I bought a package of 4.99� for India. I changed my number and since I couldn't register my new number,I did a system reset on my mobile phone. Now I was able to register my new number but the package that I bought is not showing in the application. Why is your service so complicated? please add my package to my number asap.
