Weather HD Free

While the animations in the background are nice. The overlay ui looks like a iOS port (which is what I assume they did). It doesn't do geolocation. It doesn't have a widget or live wallpaper. It overall doesn't follow any Android UI guidelines and it fells slow even on high end devices. 4 stars for optimization, 5 for native Android code and guidelines. It's okay right now.

I enjoy the simplicity of this app, but visually the fonts need some attention as they are blurry on the main screen and in the menus (HTC Amaze). Some better icon options would be nice too. I will be watching for future updates to bring it up to par with the other weather apps that are available.

Very disappointing app. Lots of hype over iOS version however the developer should realize that Android opens up other possibilities for features. No GPS location and no widget. The app pretty much gives forecast and that's where it ends. Makes me wonder why the app is 45MB...must be the "HD" graphics.

Saying it's snowing out. When I look outside, I see a bright sunny day!

It is really unreliable in my area, I also have the iOS version which is way better developed and offers reliable information. Hope they soon make the Android version equal or better than that in iOS.

Ui needs improvement. Only landscape mode for tablets. Settings page needs improvement.. Make LWP or widgets to it. Add more weather info like real feel temperature. Make graphics trully HD they looks blurry on hd screens

Doesn't use my location for weather.. have to manually add cities. And graphics aren't that great looking.. heard good things about it but not living up to hype.

Inaccurate location settings, consume much data and space.

Massive app, somewhat unresponsive, limited weather info. BeWeather is much better imho.

What is so wonderful, or amazing about this?? No different to any other weather app. For 46mb I expect my own weather girl! Uninstalled.

Great looking app... the only problem is the accuracy of the weather is a joke. Its apparently raining right now.. clear skies all round.

For a free simplified app, this is good. I'd like to see an auto-detect location feature, but it is not all that bad if you want a simple weather update. This is NOT for the hi-tech, geek infused app junkys.

I dont see the big deal. This was the iPhones best weather app? I think i still like fancy widget better

Its fine though it does not show current weather.Its sunny not raining.accuray is needed.

Its a very pretty weather app, I really like the visuals, looks like a good port of an Apple app - but we are Android - we use weather widgets, don't want to start up an app to see the weather when a quick glance at my home screen is all thats needed. Otherwise, very well done app. Good interface and definately lives up to the "hype" about the visuals - stunning!

Nice app, but needs a Current Location Feature. If one is not added soon, I will remove and no longer use this app.

App works fine on Verizon Galaxy Nexus- please make the backgrounds available as a live wallpaper!

I have a 720p screen and the scene loop is not clear at all. Not to mention the background loops are only about a second long so it doesn't even look that great even if it was in a better resolution. It is also pretty sad that they didn't take the time to use the Android built-in functions to grab my location automatically.

Finds a great range of locations. Displays are a bit over the top and make it difficult to read the text. Data isn't saved so have to be on WiFi or mobile data in order to get recent weather. Wish there was a widget. App is very very large. Uninstalling

Not bad, but doesn't have as many options as weather bug. Maybe on the pay version.

No widget, only half screen, dev, you've got a lot of work to do. Uninstalling.

43mb download for an average app with no widget and no way is that hd. U might get away with that on ios but not android.

Updates to keep up with changes in weather! Love how u can change the themes too. Highly recommended, great app.

The app is cool, but there's nothing to set it apart from the hundreds of other weather apps and there surely isn't anything that warrants the 46MB file size!!!

It shows the current weather in London in real time. Not real where i live! Then suggested pics of what the weather could be like, elsewhere. Not accurate enough .

Not much to write home about, pretty poor weather info really. If you have HTC the supplied weather app/widget is better.

where is the widget even for the paid version you dont get a widget best weather app ever i think not. delete you should be able to see the weather on screen without having to click on anything how about the app finding your location instead of typing in your city what if you go out of town weather needs to be here and now.

Not useful, the graphics is indeed cool looking but the app is not practical without live wallpaper or widget. Also, even HD in the app name doesn't justify it ungodly humongous size

Considering its called weather HD the weather animations are terrible quality. Blurry, low Res animations results in uninstall. Good app other wise. Xperia s
