This app is useless. It never let's you do what you want would not recommend. Air new Zealand so much better

When booking flights through app, no seat selection option is available. Seat selection is also not an option on the manage flights screen after bookings been made. Please add

Bloody hopeless app. You log in, then go to check your flight details and you get asked to log in again. Each time you click on a link for whatever, you again have to login. Then to add further pain it will then say that it can't retrieve the info you want from the app and you must use the full website. You can't even check in with the app. So what's the point of the app then? Time Virgin had a good look at the QANTAS app and tried something like how it works... as in smooth and no repeated log in

Did all the software engineers go away to work on the iPhone app, and leave the work experience kid to do the android app? This is so second rate to the iPhone version it's disgusting.

Poorly designed with too many pages to navigate. Can't even check in directly from your booking. Qantas app much easier to use.

Cannot manage any booking. Requires way too much effort to check in..

I have not been able to create a new alert on this phone. I can't select the destination for the alert. Other parts working okay

Doesn't remember details, can only pick seating for first flight when checking in, can't access tickets so always having to screenshot and it's still called flight specials? Also can't book with points or even check velocity status. The qantas app is what this app need to be.

I can search flights, I can book and pay for flights, and I can check in and get my boarding pass. This app does it all. Works perfectly on Android 5.1.1.

Needs to be tidied up. After checking in cannot send boarding pass to my device.

All the specials are shown from Sydney. I change it to Adelaide & there don't seem to be any specials.

This app is focused more on advertising flights then for those who are trying to use it to check in. It makes you log in each time, makes assumptions on seat selection and checking baggage, doesn't cater for agent bookings and just all round frustrating to use.... Qantas app is by far the best. .

This app is terrible. Recently sent an enquiry about the fact that you DON'T have a fully integrated flight application for Android like Qantas, Air New Zealand and just about every other airline has. Is there a valid reason for this? Can someone from the Virgin group contact with me to explain why they favour Apple IOS users. Secondly, the flight alerts app (updated regularly) does not allow me to set alerts. I can select departing City (BNE) but cannot select say LAX !

Cant check in, does not allow the keyboard to pop up to enter my details.

Disabled the happy hour reminder and still getting the alarm - I wish that app would just track my ff stats like Qantas

Compare this to the QANTAS app and you'll see why. Not user friendly. Should be able to log in easily with a pin code to open the app and have all flight details etc available for easy check in and viewing. Quicker to use the desk at the airport.

Gold velocity member but this is very poorly designed. Continually crashes, won’t load keyboard, can't access account information. Really need to do better.

Setting turning off flight specials is ignored. App just spams the notification bar every day telling you that they have a happy hour. Just want an app to manage my flight bookings thanks not spam me.

Won't start up - just crashes each time. I hope the aeroplanes don't crash like this crap app

Got this to make check in easier, but it doesn't work! An absolutely garbage app, I'll just use the website.

Woeful I'm not sure why they bothered. It's unreliable, unresponsive and quite obviously not tested

How bout an app that is aimed at helping frequent flyers rather than this debacle that doesn't really help at all.

Can't access flight details. Also doesn't remember your log in details. Hope you remember you velocity member number of the top of your head.

HTC One X android 4.2.2 app launches and then almost immediately shuts down again. Unuseable.

Froze the first time I used it then restarted. Not user friendly, uninstalling it now.

Disappointed, can't access our flight details

Prefer to see what flights I've already booked more easily than current specials that aren't that useful

How do budget airlines have better apps.

Terrible App

Try to load my flights and it tells me we are unable to at this time please contact us or try again later. Go onto your Web page and it loads fine... not happy as I have tried contacting you 2 weeks ago and no response. Unhappy user

I've gone back to using paper tickets. Often will let me check-in for flights (if it can find my booking) then will crash so my boarding pass is not accessible.

Can't log in, check in or manage flights as the keyboard doesn't pop up to enter my details. It used to work on previous versions.
