Virgin Mobile finally pulled the plug on the service and custom is no longer available at Walmart. The reason is unknown but the service wasn't that good anyways and I would not recommend getting a Virgin Mobile.

App is not working. Can't get past login. It's odd because on Virgin Mobile website you use your phone number so not sure why it's asking for email address for this login

Great app. My phone came with it installed but after they retired custom, the app disappeared so I tried downloading this app and it won't open at all.

There's no option to create a new account like the booklet my device came with says there should be. Im supposed to be able to activate my device from the phone. You need to fix this.

Works basically just like the pre-installed version on the Virgin Mobile phones. Only issue so far is that I can't figure out how to view their minutes and text usage (on unlimited plans) and logs from my phone. This would make it 5 stars.

Doesnt work on my cheap ZTE phone. The app crashes immediately after startup. Its too bad because it looked like a neat idea.

I don't have an account for the app so my phone locks up in logon screen and forces me to restore phone since it can't be uninstalled. Reset pulled battery discharged battery... Finally gave up and wiped whole phone. Piece of garbage should tell you upfront you need a special account it isn't just for easy topup.

Good App !!! i've yet to come across a GOOD virgin mobile app. They don't exist....
