Great app to manage expenses. We have a same story except from I can't develop an app

Great app to maintain.. Stats pie chart is most liked feature and its break up. Looking forward for updates with new features. One of the issues I've have is with export. When exported from my phone it is showing junk values for dates and item id, moreover due or refund amount to share is not captured. Is there any setting to correct this before we export. Overall Good work

A very useful travel app that makes cost division easy. Only one issue- is there any where to record when I receive a deposit from the other travellers for a shared expense I purchased? It's hard to see who has paid their shared expenses back to the purchaser.

Excellent application for group travellers for sharing expenses. very easy to operate. Good report and sharing. Small request. If a person is added after some transactions which were shared by all, earlier expenses are also shared by new added person. Any soluion? or my mistake? Or I have to edit all earlier transactions for sharing. If person is added with date, i think it will solve problem. You are better judge.

Nice UI and very usefull app. Only problem we faced in last trip was, app has no facility to add a person who join the trip in between, try to add an option like "guest person" so that he won't count in the 'shared by all' under previous addition.

This app is very useful . It can be excellent if made as multi user, such as all the people added in trip can add the expenses done by them. Here it puts burden only on one person to put the expense or every individual manage their own expense in their mobile and then manual settle them. If it becomes multi user then the updates are easy and gets immediately updated with the tips of fingers

Brilliant! Definitely recommended. Allows you to make an admin, add people, places, description, expense by, shared by, amount due/refund per person. Systematic pie charts created. We can edit, modify etc. And also save as or export or share the expense with others as .xls, .xlsx, .pdf etc formats.

This is an excellent app which can do EVERYTHING what needs to be done in a TRIP in the SIMPLEST way !!! Great job by the team !!! It's perfect. Few requests which is not related to the purpose of the app though : 1) Will be great if we can add more than one pictures 2) The option for day wise / place wise experience description would be better

Great app. I would give a 5 star if some functions were better. For example: the deposits and expenses for each trip does not give the remaining money. Expense summary section is not very effective. For expense details, for going to specific date, I have to tap many times to get to that date, for someone like me who travels for months, it is time consuming and boring. If I could input date it would be 100%easier and more user-friendly. Other options would be a plus. But in general it does the job and thank you for that.

Awesome app.. Simple and quick... Only one missing feature is not able to split the money based on % or 'weightage' for each person.. If u can add that too, 5 star for sure

UI is not that attractive. Backup facility is the most promising one in this type of applications, which is missing here. Calculations are messy in some cases, like removing the user or adding the user.

Very neat and very useful. Would like it to auto sort expense details date wise. Right now they show up as per entry made. Reviewed after reply. Five more stars. :-)

One of the best app for managing expense among group of people. The only suggestion would be if the incorrect value is added then there should be option to delete OR edit the value.

The best way to travel with friends and keep track of expenses account. Perfect clarity. When the currency changes then we are forced to start a new trip. Secondly when an another person joins the expense to be shared from then onwards.

Great app n really helpful to frequent travellers to resolve many issues and save the time...one concern is we cannot add the contributions/payments done by members with the date (as part payments) as and when they paid. Payments shows as an accumulated figure. If can it will also help us when we forwarding expenses details to others for their information..then they can easily trace the amount and the date they paid to the admin. Thanks.

Nice app and has helped me a lot in maintaining the expenses thought the trip and offcourse a click away to share the expenses with others is the best part. However It would be a nice to have feature to settle the account as well for the expenses shared amongst. Once the expenses are settled an option to tik which will give an overview of how much money is still pending for transactions

First of all a big thanks to the team who has been working in this app. Great and useful app. For the people who frequently travel in groups, The final output in Excel will be self explanatory. Have used this app in two of my big trips which had more than five members team. It gave us amazing and precise results.

Great app to track your group travel expenses. Very straight forward options makes it easy and save time. Aftet trying couple of apps i landed here Well done ! However i would like to see 3 features. 1. Enabling group members to add expenses directly. 2. In basicaly made for group travel. If you add a feature to manage individual expenses. Lets say a solo traveller can keep adding his own exp to keep track of exp. 3. Notify members when someone updates the items.

Great app .. easy to use and has so many functionalities. Makes life easy especially if you are splitting expenses between many people. The excel sheet is very informative and organized.

Thanks for this great app, I was searching for app like this from long time, very useful app. I would like to suggest some improvements, u could add accounts n can enable syncing with funds, enable all persons in trip to add express, and pls include auto backup, and include remainder for payment either in mail or text messages

Unfortunately it didn't work for us, it does indeed help plan plan your trip but we wanted to have a collaborative workspace and this app doesn't allow you to share a trip with a friend (it gives you the option to export a xls file and share but this is not what i want)

Very useful app. Perfect for splitting expenses when with a group. As a solo traveler most of the time, this app also works. I like it that you can view stats based on category, date, and person. Helpful in planning and tracking expenses.

ये app बहुत ही उपयोगी एवं अच्छा है। इसमें एक फीचर्स और हो तो सोने पे सुहावना हो जायेगा। जब कोई ग्रुप टूर निकलते है तो उसमे फॅमिली वाइस expense मैनेज करनेका विकल्प हो तो और भी बढ़िया होगा क्योंकि सभी फॅमिली सामान नहीं होती है। कोई बड़ी, तो कोई छोटी फॅमिली होती है।

Great travel expense managing app. till now I was using excel for managing travel expenses. however I think some more features will make this app more functional. They are: 1. Instead of selecting an admin for the group, person to person transfer feature will be more useful. Members of a group might send/deposit money to different members rather than 1 particular member. for keeping record of such transactions, transfer feature should be added. This feature will also be used in debt settlement at the end of the trip. 2. Adding Member in the Middle: Though this feature is already available, one change should be made. Suppose a new member join the group on the 2nd day of a 3 days trip. He/She should obviously not affect the previous transactions that was shared by all. 3. Auto Pay Suggestion: This feature will automatically suggest who should pay next. The member who has most debt to other members should be suggested first. Though it is not compulsory, however it will make the app smarter. Whatever lots of thanks for this awesome app :)

This is perfect for shared trips between friends to track expenses. The Dev, Vivek, is very responsive to feedback mails so all in all, a very good package to have. The user experience does not suffer with adverts. Go for it guys.

Please add a feature to edit expenses. Once I make a mistake while adding expense, I cannot edit it and I have to start from beginning.

Super application and it is covered almost all expenses for sharing and tracking our budget especially for tour admin or tour leader. I suggest to pls download this app and enjoy your trip ,all the best for developer and their team

It's is very useful app , I jus like it a lot ,it helped to manage our trip expenses easily....but dear team can u create IOS version of same.

Nice app. However im not able to understand why a member (who is also admin) cannot have deposiy money. Can you pls explain?

Extremely useful app, to manage expense tracking during a trip. However, only one person tracking expense makes it little cumbersome. Enabling all group members to add their expenses towards the group would be very handy. Also, when we budget the trip, if can be imported in the beginning & later to compare with actual would be fantastic. Kudos & big thanks for sharing this app.

Very useful app. How ever only one person can add data who is admin. It will be nice if everyone can add on their own and collaborate. Another thing I noticed, the order of expense detail getting changed when you update it. Better to maintain the order

I loved this app. Now I am not worried about managing the trip expenses in google keep or notes somewhere. In fact now I can clearly devide the expenses among the people who were involved in that. Awesome... A pain killer on the trip for managing the expenses!! Please save the trips after login, so that it keeps the records even for later.

This app made our holiday awesome. When you travel with people, you're always confronted with who pays for what and there's always feelings of 'I'm paying the most' or 'he always whips his wallet out before me'. With this app, it was always clear who had paid for what and who was lagging and the person lagging always wanted to pay in order to catch up. It made the holiday fair and meant everyone was in good spirits. It took 30 seconds to load each payment onto the app. It literally made our holiday.

Running on Tab 2. Couldn't import shared data from another tab. There is no option to sync your data with your account. Practically, if you lose your phone during a trip or buy a new phone, you cannot get your data back. I have a family of 3 and going with 4 other 2 member families on a trip. I needed a group option where one person is paying for 3. The rest are paying for 2. But as there isn't any, it's getting split equally in 5 groups, increasing their share of the money. Admin option has flaws too.

I was using this app for a few days. Suddenly it stopped working and then I uninstalled and reinstalled it. This way I lost all my data. I'm on troubles now because I don't know how to share our past expenses. I've just put one star more waiting for the update and then improve this review. It would be great if there is an option to add a description for each city visited. Finally in the stats page I need to see not only the percentage, but also the amount of money for each category, day or person.

It's quite useful, handy and easy to use. A good app to manage trips with a lot of people. Option should be add to delete a person already added to the list.

It is a nice app but sharing is an issue and one other thing is that I cannot put weights on different accounts for Sharing expense

It is good but I am not able to edit the expense amount after I submitted as done. Hence if I wrongly type some amount can not be corrected.

Very useful app in traveling. Also ur reply to almost all reviews are appreciable. Well done. Only try to add backup system. I have reinstalled my mobile software n lost all previous trip data.
