Was horrible before but appears to be working well now. No more crashing since most recent update. I'm happy again.

Fantastic it works well, always being updated which gives the impression that it has stop working, however a quick trip to Google apps and update rhe app and you're up and running again.

Camera viewing gets struck

Horrible is the best term. Do not install it's a waste of space on your device. Plenty of glitches and crashes! Why does my phone restart when I'm switching camera views?

Pretty neat concept, if I didn't get a "VSS Mobile has stopped" message all the time. So frustrating... especially when used for security purposes. Like calling an officer and hearing "they are not responding to emergency calls" at 911. Come on now

Freezes and locks up. There's nowhere in the app to ask for help or feedback from anyone. Easy to set up but does not run well. And at this point a day after install won't run at all

Garbage at least keep an important app like this one functioning good. You guys please read the reviews of this app and do something about it. I'm not even gonna say what's wrong with this app as thousands of people mentioned the same thing.

Every time you update it always crashes. The time is coming to change system and let the world know this app is NO GOOD

Terrible play back function, very hard to fine adjust through playing time and very unreliable. Thats if it even connects with your device when you need it to. Extremely poor

It is not smooth for online surveillance at all. Eliminate letter "l" and "I" from verification codes of Dropbox , google bindings of dvr in cloud services. Kindly fix all bugs so we can satisfy customers, and so you .

Update failed now when use library of recorded videos it say vssmobile stop working boot you out app it worked fine before update very sad needs fixed

This app now wants to snoop on your browsing history and more. A serious invasion of privacy.

Since the last update I haven't been able to connect to my device. Each time I try to connect I get a message saying "Device Verification Failed". Can you please sort it out.

Unfortunately it looks like this is the only viewer for my DVR's. It crashes often and it needs a better function for getting 16 cameras (2 8-port DVR) without so many clicks. It isn't bad but it could be better. Compare to AverDigi security app which is much better at larger systems.. Right now it's used with the very easy P2P firewall skipping setup which is very simple. I will try IP, firewall port opening soon and edit description again. Hopefully that helps with timeouts and crashes we see.

Pls fox these problem which we all are complaining because sometimes it works and sometimes it says device fail to connect or "verification failed " it really annoying so pls fix this then it will be prefect. I believe all the others have the same problem so find a solution as quickly as possible

Going to one camera view the camera never appears with just timing out each time. Need this to work customers need this to work, please fix it.

Since the last update I now get a black screen after opening the app. Using a Samsung s6. To make the app work again... Simply uninstall the app and reinstall it.

After the latest update none of my devices are loading and the app times out. This happens every time this app is updated.

The device ia only one can view some other device cannot. U cannot see at the same time i have two dvr 8 camera only one can biew at the time. Ao plz fixed it i will use to my company

So when is this app going to be updated. It crashes on open for 2 month plus now, on all 7 of my android devices. It is worthless if you can't access the dvr , but by PC thru the internet browser when not on same location of dvr . Don't buy a dvr that uses this app you get screwed by Chinese who don't fix the update flaws in the coding.last good working version 2.6.3.160111. U can get that version from aptoide market place. They don't respond to emails, as you can see the app don't work
