تتمثل أهداف الاتحاد في الاتي:
1- تطوير لعبة كرة القدم باحياء المدينة المنورة بصورة مستمرة والترويج لها ونشر ممارستها وتنظيمها
2- تنظيم مسابقات كرة القدم في الاحياء بكافة اشكالها على المستوى المحلي
3- وضع اللوائح والاحكام الداخلية وضمان انفاذها
4- منع التجاوزات من جميع الجهات ذات العلاقة التي تسيء لمسابقة كرة القدم
5- الادارة والاشراف على جميع المباريات والدورات المعتدة لدي اتحاد طيبة
6- توطيد و ادارة العلاقات الرياضية بين فرق الاحياء
7- تطوير كافة العناصر المكملة للعبة من اداريين ، لاعبين، فنيين، مدربين، حكام
8- العمل الجاد على تلبية الرغبات والاحتياجات وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بفرق الاحياء The objectives of the Union in the following:
