En concordancia con la palmicultura sostenible y el marco que comprende la certificación RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil, RSPO, por sus siglas en inglés), desde el año 2010, Latinoamérica es escenario para la realización anual de la Conferencia Latinoamericana de RSPO, ya que como región los países palmicultores tienen un gran compromiso con las buenas prácticas para garantizar en el largo plazo la sostenibilidad ambiental y social del sector.

Dándole continuidad a nuestro compromiso como región con la palma sostenible, lo invitamos a participar en la V Conferencia Latinoamericana de RSPO que se celebrará del 9 al 10 de septiembre del 2014 en Santo Domingo del Cerro, La Antigua Guatemala.

La conferencia reunirá a expertos nacionales e internacionales para garantizarle una mayor comprensión acerca de la certificación y lograr espacios de diálogo para optimizar la experiencia latinoamericana con la certificación RSPO.

Además en este evento contaremos con la participación del staff de RSPO quienes el 10 de septiembre impartirán un taller para que usted obtenga la información más reciente y actualizada sobre la certificación y tendrá la oportunidad de conocer e interactuar con el personal de RSPO.

In keeping with sustainable oil palm and frame comprising the RSPO certification (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil, RSPO, for its acronym in English), since 2010, Latin America, is home to the annual performance of the Latin American Conference of RSPO, and that as the oil palm region countries have a strong commitment to the best practices to ensure the long-term environmental and social sustainability of the sector.

Giving continuity to our commitment as sustainable palm region, we invite you to participate in RSPO V Latin American Conference to be held from 9 to 10 September 2014 in Santo Domingo del Cerro, La Antigua Guatemala.

The conference will bring together national and international experts to ensure a greater understanding and achieve certification for dialogue to optimize the Latin American experience with the RSPO certification.

Additionally, this event will have the participation of staff who RSPO September 10 taught a workshop for you to get the latest and updated information about certification and will have the opportunity to meet and interact with staff RSPO.
