I wish there were more salons included! I really like booking thought this app as I am on the move all the time and trying to do appointments in between but even in central London not all salons are listed in this app.

I used the app twice. One time I turned up at the salon and the doors were locked. Rung the bell as they requested on the door and stood for 5 mins like an idiot outside. Another time booked a mobile tan salon and never heard from the girl even when I contacted her. Not reliable companies

Great service in general, rubbish app. Crashes a lot. The search functions are very limited compared to the website. Also it needs an option for mobile/in-home services vs in salon venue, this would make me use it a lot more often.

Ok but the app resets if you exit before checking out so you need to re-fill your basket again, which can be very annoying. The search can be better, it keeps suggesting completely different treatments to what you are searching for. No free text allowed either. Don't bother with sameday appointments as I've wasted time and money only to be turned away. What's the worst I've noticed that because they charge 40% most venues just charge you that much on top of the regular price so you end up out of pocket. I started coming back but calling and paying half for many a service instead of using the app. PS. And now after this review just had my last appointment for tomorrow cancelled and refunded without explanation. Nice one Treatwell. Great response to a customer complaint.

Awful. I try to search for a specific treatment (olaplex) and it simply won't allow it. Keeps bringing up salons that do not have the treatment. So frustrating and a waste of my precious time.

Why can't you book multiple appointments for the same salon? For example I want a gel nail soak off and gel nails but because they are under the same category they keep replacing each other in the basket. It's really frustrating and I want to use a voucher which requires spending of 25 and I can't reach it because I can't add a couple of items to the basket. Please can you fix it...
