Walli Wearables - Smart Wallet

Away notifications and card notifications required improvement. No notification after a card has been taken out of its pouch for some time. Also app configuration instructions need to be detailed in the app to ensure the user completely understand the utility and implication of each setting option. Don't assume the user is a developer and knows all settings as they are currently provided (non detailed).

Overall I'm happy with the app. As with most people, my wallet does disconnect even when the wallet is in my pocket. However setting the alert option to "mute" keeps the audio portion of the notification silent. This coupled with the "WiFi silent zone" makes it a minor annoyance. The other functions work well. The card alert requires the wallet to either be full or closed tightly, so if your keep the wallet in a bag/purse the card alert may not be reliable for you, but if you keep it in a pocket, it seams to work fine. The wallet buzzer and phone ringer functions work well and are pretty handy.

Buggy software. Constantly sends notifications that the wallet is lost when it's still with me. Frequently wakes/unlocks the the phone. Also likes to erroneously set off the phone finding feature, even when back pocket mode is on and I'm sitting still in a chair. Major drain on the battery. The only feature that works well is the last known location of the wallet.

I bought an item at the store with my wallet. I went kayaking the rest of the day with my phone and didn't receive a notification. Having tested it upon reception I trusted this product. I canceled all my cards and started the painful process of replacing everything. A week later I get a call saying my Walli was turned into the police station. A stranger does a better job than this product. Too bad it was too little to late. At least I can use it to find my phone at home until the battery dies. Don't bother

The home wifi list is not respected. I get constant notifications that the wallet is lost despite being connected to a home wifi. There are also connectivity issues as seen by lost notifications when the wallet is in pocket. The constant cries of wolf make me lose trust in the product reliability. That said, the lost phone retrieval (much more likely scenario) works and the dance music is legit.

Terrible company with below average customer support. My device arrived 4 months late despite being a backer and it's been 9 months since I order the key tracker. Also the APP never connects and keeps crashing. Seeking a refund at the moment. Avoid this company.

Disconnects frequently. Too many false alarms. The phone could be sitting on top of my wallet and it will chime as though they were apart. Then, 5 seconds later, it will bing to say it's connected again. This happens at least 20 times a day. Gave the 2nd star because it does chime when they separate. Also, It would be nice to add more than one Wi-Fi "home location so it won't chime at work. Tech support says they are working on a new app. I hope they hurry up.

I will give it a 5 star when it starts working as it should, I just fought with my tablet to make the find walli button work! It was a lighter colour couldn't click it, then sometimes when I open app it asks me to re input code and it wouldn't find the wallet til I rebooted my tablet then it all a sudden worked

Lots of connectivity problems. Back key on Nexus 5 doesn't exit the app which drives me crazy.. other than that nice UI with quick setup so +1 for that

The walli app does not work. I tried contacting technical support. There is no phone number for them. It would be nice if you could reach by phone so they can walk you through things, but alas you can only reach them through email. I emailed them last week, and they still haven't gotten back to me. I imagine it's because so many people are having problems that they are unable to address me in a timely manner. Don't buy!

The walli app will disconnect from the wallet and Keychain despite it being next to then and it will take few minutes for both to reconnect. I contacted walli support about this few weeks back and they said this update would fix it. It did not. Complete waste of money.

Horrible - Walli makes a Bluetooth connection to your phone. Whenever that link breaks it sends out a notification. The false alarm rate is incredibly high. So high the app/device is ineffective. Save your money.

Walli is garbage. Do not buy anything from them. Overpriced, poor performing wallet. This is prototype stuff that is far from ready but being sold at $80-100 USD. App reports false "wallet lost" throughout the night when the phone and wallet are less then 6" away from each other, side by side. Card forgotten feature does not work. To test this, I left the wallet at home, drove away in the car and I did not get a lost wallet notification (5kms away). I came home 20mins later and then I get a notification when i put the phone near the wallet - i.e. wallet lost and 5 seconds later, wallet connected. Utter disappointment. If you want to buy the wallet as a leather wallet, go ahead. It is not bad, worth about $25 max. Happy to answer any questions.

So my wallet got stolen. I never got a notice. Also i wasnt able to locate it on the map to make it worse my walli key chain was taken to with the wallet and both of them didn't do their job. Walli yo contact me asap Vladokonatar@gmail.com

I had the same disappointing experience as everyone else. The "find my phone" feature only works when the phone is awake, making it unusable. The notifications that I've left my phone behind go off sporadically, forcing me to turn off the feature, and finally support seem to be ignoring customer questions about this. I can only assume it's because there is no solution. Since none of its features work, it's now just a wallet. It looks nice I suppose.

Comfortably the worst business I have ever done business with. Bought 2 wallets, both of which are faulty, and neither are RFID protected. Also paid for the key finders which did not arrive despite the fact it has been atleast 6 months. The app itself is also shocking, giving notifications for no reason and draining the wallets battery in a week or two. Email responses are also incredibly delayed and take atleast a week per email. Finally, my refund has had 25% "restocking and handling" removed, despite the fact the products don't work. If i could rate zero stars, I would. Cannot recommend you run away fast enough.

So many false notifications. It's unreal. Excelent idea, terrible delivery. I'm highly disappointed. I wish I read these reviews before making this regretful purchase.

Super dissapointed... can't believe they charge $100 for a wallet that can't even work properly, doesn't seem like there in any rush to make it better, sends me notifications that I forgot my wallet when I have it in my pocket and the find my keys button doesn't like to work all the time... was super excited and I feel they released it too soon as a selfish act to start making money when really the dysfunctional equipment is just causing nothing but large disappointment for everyone who has bought one

Everything works good but I don't like that the app disconnects from the wallet. I have to get back on the app to reconnect. You should also be able to turn off the chimes by clicking the wallet and Keychain or at least make this an option

False alarms ALL THE TIME. And when the one time you really needed the alarm, it didn't trigger. Worse than useless.

Very disappointed in the app. The wallet is useless without a fully functional, bug free app.

What a disappointment...

Great idea...HORRIBLE EXECUTION IN EVERY WAY... The app opens... that's a plus, I guess... The app always tells me the wallet is missing or the card is missing (like, over and over and over, all day and all night)... It plays the find your phone ringtone on my phone several times in a row when my wallet is sitting still (but if I tap the wallet to page my phone, lime it is supposed to do it doesn't work!) The wifi setting does nothing...The distance setting absolutely does nothing...the last known location is horribly delayed (i was at work for 7 hours and it still showed my house!)....literally the only thing that has worked, has been paging my keys... Cool party trick I guess....not.... Definitely pissed that I wasted $100 on a product that was clearly not ready for market...You might want to sell your company so someone experienced can save it while there's still time! Otherwise, your names will be connected to a complete and utter failure! **Note** as I sat here writing this review, my phone went off telling me I forgot my wallet 5 times ... meanwhile, my phone is by my right hand...smh

I don't receive notifications when my wallet out of range! Also the last location option pop up message that this option not work when wallet within the range. I'm 3km far from wallet!!!, the key finder is another story, it's appear connected all the time even if it not, WITHOUT GOOD APP THIS PRODUCT IS USELESS. I don't recommend to waste your money on any MyWalli products, because not only the app is bad also the support is horrible, I received my order after 4 months waiting, and they send wrong color....

Useless.. this app conects to walli once in 10 try. disgusting app and the wallet too

Buggy. Keeps waking screen up and draining battery. Keeps reporting wallet as lost. No keyring functions. Reported bug, which they show as solved but no actual solution.

The app keeps disconnecting and reconnecting which is battery draining. You can setup silent zone to stop getting notifications at home. I set it up to my home wifi, I stopped getting disconnect notification but the app still turns my screen on out of nowhere bcz its still disconnecting. I think they need a new app from scratch. And maybe new developers.

This worked flawlessly right out of the box. The black wires inside seem like they would be easy to break though.

Absolutely worthless, pestered by notifications stating that I've lost the wallet when it is two feet away from my phone and I. You are better off spending you money on a wallet elsewhere.

Skimpy wiring and NO instructions . I had to guess how to use the app and have no idea how to work it.

Absolutely garbage app and product. I'll never Kickstart anything again after this debacle.

Wallet and key keeps disconnecting on its own and takes forever to reconnect

Would be awesome if a location based silent mode were available rather than WiFi only. Timer for card sleeve always defaults back to 10 seconds.

4 month to waiting, but after 1 week when I used battery was empty, I try new battery but it is dead no connect again ? Good Idea but bad Production

App will connect if you use code from Bluetooth scan. Would be great if wallet re-connect or phone found could be set to vibrate.

Wallet constantly disconnect/reconnect and wakes my phone with false notifications

Very stupid device. It doesn't worth 1$. NOT RECOMMENDED.

THIS APP HASN'T BEEN UPDATED SINCE NOVEMBER! DO NOT BUY THE WALLET!

Battery dies every week and I get Fack notifications all day.
