The app itself is great I always find what I'm looking for ...the reason why I HATE this app is just because I log in with my Facebook account don't mean I want everything to be posted on my Facebook page that I like and save to my wishlist... sometimes it gets so embarrassing because I like & save lingerie & it will post it up to Facebook... I log in with my Facebook account with the app wish and it never does that

Costs too much in shipping, because you have to buy each item separately, even if they are from the same company. Would be 5 stars if you could combine items in one order

Shipping cost to much especially for getting knock off fake items. If I have to pay more for shipping than the cheap item is worth what's the point

Doesnt even work in the UK because of the zip code requirement. England is post codes not zips

Don't make me instaĺl an app to shop on your site. It is a bad user experience.

I live in Canada, I can ship to my mail box in the States ok, BUT I can't use my Canadian credit card!! Not sure why it is complicated

Okay so basically nothing. 2 starts cause you're able to shop online and the quality is amazing. However you can't but anything if you're outside of US and another major let down was the fact that I wasn't able to collect my items and buy them all at once. I mean come one.

Wanelo was wonderful initially, but there are, overall, a few bugs. For one, I am unable to change my profile picture, for some reason. For two, there is no ability to remove a post, even when you are the owner. Thirdly, it is very easy to save the same item multiple times and just not know it, which is why we should be notified when it occurs. Fourthly, the search function is spotty, at best. Searching an item I previously removed from my lists and know for a fact is on wanelo, sometimes pulls up nothing.

Now, I feel like this app is only taking up what little space on my phone I have with absolutely zero redeeming qualities other than the vast amount of items. I stopped liking the app when clicking on the item took you to the original website, and I also don't like that you can't group items from the same seller into the same order.

I love this app and I've been using it for years...but I use it like pinterest and only buy from stores with a credible site. Why? I'll tell you. My bf ordered me some boots for christmas. It was delivered to another address in another city, so they refunded him, but it eventually did arrive even after the refund...in february for my b day on accident.. also for some reason it will not let me change my profile picture? It changes my other profile stuff but not picture.
