Download to try and to get free access to xxl. First app is bugged shows people 5000 km away. Im in london. 2nd you dont get into xxL free. Ended up in argument with staff.. only free access to bears... It was suggested im not a bear. Wtf...please show me a description of what a bear is.. total waste of my time and space on my phone. 20 years a patron of XXL and I will never return.

Try talking on here, the design is a mess' and all over the place

hot men but cant view profiles from messages recieved. have to go back and look whoever sent message on the main grid. please fix.

It is rubbish. Nobody ever replies to your messages. I have now deleted my profile.

Needs major improvement. You can't delete any messages (this is "by design" customer services have told me). You get no alerts if a guy woofs or messages. And when a guy messages you can't view their profile from tapping their picture but have to remember the profile name then go into a list of recent views and tap them there. Has promise but as of this version would not recommend as so limited.

Constantly crashing on my S4, completely unusable, I'd recommend people stay away from the app until the bugs are sorted out, or they're looking for disappointment. Absolutely buggy and crash prone.

Really bad app. Was probably their first try. Cant view user profiles from messages/conversations. Can't delete messages. Takes forever to approve photo's. Can't view notification from your notification panel. Uhmmm.... just plain sucks. Come on, get a decent developer. Who designed this, a student? This can be a vwry potential app of it was improved.

Cannot use "greyed" out send button ???

Just downloaded version 1.3 and have been trying to use the filters all day. They don't seem to do anything. I select a filter, then go to the main screen and refresh it. It just sits there and spins its wheels until you force close the app and restart it. Then it gives you whatever it is it gives you. I have no idea if any filters are in effect or not.

The feedback I have gotten from xxl is that it's not compatible with all phones and that it's predominantly just for i phone users users as that's 90% of their market. Android users have no other option but wait untill they put more effort and time the into android interface. Tried again Feb 2015 and it's no better. I wouldn't bother using it for a long while

Will not let me upload a profile..tried 20 times already its a totally useless App..please do not bother and use Mister App Instead..grrr.grrr.grrr

... Could be good but this app is not finished on Android, "buggy" is hardly the word for a social app that cannot even let you chat. Why leave it there? Gives a great club a cheap look

This app is just bad, bad, bad.

Crashes a lot... Messages cannot be sent by a greyed out "send" button. Profile updates don't work at all. There is no profile retrieval mechanism if you delete the app and cannot create another profile with the same email address (doesn't even show an error message to that effect). Seemingly designed by a kid who didn't know much about Android app design.

Updating the profile still does not work. There have been some improvements since I last reviewed this app, but there is much room for improvement.

Useless really. Can't update your profile. Crashes on each attempt. Deleted.

Looks nice, but the sign-up/create a profile needs work. The app crashed on me multiple times while trying to put in a profile, and even when you enter an email, you do not get option to save, just SKIP! Once I did manage to get a profile entered (still without email confirmation/code), I am still waiting (3 days now) for it to appear on the screen and it even forgets info i put in(weight / picture)! All I can guess is that the profiles already on the system are from iPhones, as the Android version doesn't seem to work at all.

Something is wrong with that update guys. The grid filter is super buggy now. Good luck getting it all working. Looks like it will be a fantastic app once it works.

1. "MY profile" information does not update. 2. The profile pics of everyone are mixed. 3. Cannot send a message to anyone. The send button does not come on available. 4. It crashes a lot. 5. Cannot see anyone's location

Can't do anything without it crashing, even contacting through feedback causes the app to crash DON'T INSTALL.

... but it still sucks. Updating the profile does not work. Sometimes, seeing other profiles just doesn't happen. There have been some improvements since I last reviewed this app, but I still wouldn't recommend it to someone I didn't like.

Really badly thought out and not easy to use which is a shame ... was excited but VERY disappointed with this app ... scruff, growlr and even grindr are all far superior and this should be avoided until they make some major improvements - check out the bearwww app to see how it's done and remember there are other phones .... not everyone is an iDrone ...

Very buggy, clunky to use and barely maintained! After adding photo it crashes every time I access My Profile so can't ever edit profile again, same after re-install!! Get msg notification but no msg when open app. Event notifications too long to display but when tap on them just opens app no details. Come on guys you can do better than this...

Great club, awful app. My memories of that god awful app Grindr are that it was vastly better than this buggy app. I'd expect better. I only keep it so I can get into the club free, have managed this on several Wednesday night visits and the one Saturday I've been since downloading the app.
