بريوات ام وليد سهلة التحضير

البريوات من الاكلات اللذيذة والشهية في المطبخ المغربي، وبسبب هذا اكتسبت شهرة واسعة وعالمية، فهي مميزة بشكلها أولا ثم مذاقها، فمنظر البريوات بالمثلثات الذهبية التي تخفي بداخلها حشوات متنوعة ولا تقاوم، وتغري باكتشاف وتذوق ما بداخلها من مواد ونكهات.
والبريوات بالعامية المغربية، تصغير لكلمة برا أي رسالة، لأنها تطوى على شكل غلاف رسالة، أما موطنها الأصلي، فهو مدينة فاس العريقة، التي اشتهر أهلها بإعداد مختلف أصناف الحلويات التقليدية. وتقسم «البريوات» إلى صنفين: مملحة وحلوة، كما أنها لا تصنف ضمن لائحة المأكولات اليومية، بل ظهورها على الموائد يرتبط في غالب الأحيان بالمناسبات، والأعياد، واستقبال الضيوف، ربما لان إعدادها معقد نسبيا، ويتطلب بعض الوقت.
