Not compatible with Google Pixel 2! Can not use any of the functions like mobile deposit which makes app useless for me.
App works well, with some handy features like being able to check your balance without having to log ALL the way in. Love it!
We are now going on the fifth month and today I went to pay rent knowing I had enough money in my account and have paid for that Green Dot of 6.00 and my card kept denying me to pull out any money
The app will not even let me sign in. It says I have connectivity issues and is failing to even load the home screen. I know there's no connection issues because every other app is running just fine and I even checked my internet speed to be sure. The app needs some work because scrolling through other reviews I see I'm not the only one with issues like this. I tried uninstalling and even restarting my phone and the problem persists.
The mobile deposit function needs work. It frequently does not focus right, and there is no way to tell it to re-focus.
App used to work. Now it won't open and load so I can log in. It won't go past the first loading screwn when opening the app. Reinstalling it does not work. Please fix this issue and I'll write a better review.
At least once a month this app is down. AT LEAST if not more. Its annoying when i want to check my balance and i have to wait a day or two.
This application absolutely sucks they are always doing unnecessary mantance' and for what get it's not even worth it washington federal developers if your reading this it's time for a refresh
Slow. App crashes when I try to make a mobile deposit. The button to take the picture for mobile deposits is right next to the back button and you cannot change orientation to move the button away from the back button.
This is one of the worst banking apps I've used. The ui is horrible, the security options aren't much better, and it constantly has log in problems.

It doesn't focus for Mobile deposits. It closes the app when you confirm a picture for Mobile deposit. This app basically let's you check you balance!!
To many unexpected errors. Logged in correctly, however the app errors out.
A awesome app when it works, its not working on my phone or tablet right now so I cant check my account.
Sure wish you could tell the date/time purchases where made and which were still pending. It's nearly impossible to budget using this method.

I can't do anything with this app, it freezes up, I tried to make a claim deposit, it wouldn't work, it kicked me out when I tried to log in, it's useless
App crashes during mobile deposit again. This is an ongoing problem which is fixed and then unfixed frequently.
mobile deposit hasn't worked for about a month. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. frustrating.
The app is okay except more times than not, I have mobile deposits fail. The pictures look fine to me with a nice contrasting background.
I can only use to check my balance as it freezes when I want to use it for anything else.

App has been broken since Nov'16, when they silently changed their password complexity requirements. After recovering my password, I find that the app does client-side complexity checks which don't match the new password complexity and just vomits back 'contains invalid characters.'
Have been working with Washington Federal who's supposedly working with app developer for over 2 months to fix the app since their last modification 4/17 with zero success. Get the distinct impression neither Washington Federal nor the app developer care whether it functions or not. Totally unacceptable, but par for the course with all Washington Federal programs. Terrible, simply terrible.
Updating app, online banking and internal system all at once means we can't move money between accounts and can't check our balances on accounts. No check numbers or even scans of checks cashed, ever. No posting of pending transactions and unreasonably long waits on hold for customer service (like IRS long holds). Get with a local credit union, this whole bank is crap.
This app is a piece of garbage. Every aspect of it is slow, glitchy, and regularly fails to work for no reason. The mobile deposit function is the most infuriating thing I have ever used. It uses my phones perfectly good camera and refuses to allow it to focus. Absolute worst app ever.
Is constantly down and says check back later. And when you can get on does not show check numbers, can't pull up individual transactions or see what transaction is pending. Also transactions show as completed, but they are not reflected in the balance or available balance so it looks like you have more cash available than is actually available. Makes it extremely hard to balance account.
Am unable to balance my account, ever, because you guys don't list check numbers and don't show pending transactions even though it's reflecting on the balance. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Update your online banking. I'm done.
