Am unable to balance my account, ever, because you guys don't list check numbers and don't show pending transactions even though it's reflecting on the balance. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Update your online banking. I'm done.
I am not able to add new bill pay accounts through my online banking. Is there a fix for this? Other then that issue , the app works really well.
This ap doesn't work by using your cell minutes or Wi-Fi. Called bank they had me uninstall and reinstall but will not recognize my info and bank doesn't see any error logs on their side. This is a USELESS app. You need to fix your app.
Used to work great. Maybe SW update or app update killed it. Works once then gives system error until it is reinstalled. Totally unusable.
Not just the app, but this bank's WHOLE online banking system sucks. In my area, this crappy bank bought out a good, local one and ruined it. This online banking system's bill pay does not deduct your bills until the customer cashes the check that they send. Now for the app... Are you kidding me? You can't even securely store my password so that I don't have to sign in every time I use it?! You guys force complex passwords, but do not offer any way to remember them. Uninstalled this app as soon as I saw this, my web browser will remember the password just fine.
The app doesn't even allow the number of characters for my password in the password form field. It has a limit of 10 characters which is rediculous.
It not reliable and won't let me sign in for weeks at a time and can't check balance. Super frustrating!
It does what I need it to do, however the password length limit is lower than their Web site. I max out the length of passwords to financial institutions and having to reduce it for the app bothers me greatly.
I haven't stopped having problems since they switched from Bank of America.
I have a business account and it limits how much I can mobile DEPOSIT into my account...what the heck kind of bank does that? I disliked Bank of America, but since this bunch has taken over our branch, I have moved on to hating the entire company and cannot wait to change over at year end. Grrrr.
I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews but this app works just fine for me. Never had a problem with it.
Easy to use, does exactly what I need.
Have to delete and reinstall every time I want to use it.
Shows money taken but not what it is until it goes through

There's no external transfer function?!? Do they believe that everyone has just one bank account? You're screwed if you ever want to transfer money between banks. Also, it doesn't work consistently. Sometimes the app doesn't load - just a blank screen.
I have tried to give there mobile banking app a shot multiple times and it has not worked correctly for about 6 month. This is a waste of an app. And never works or tells me my log in info is wrong and then locks my account but then WF says i entered it wrong and that there is nothing wrong with there system. Went ahead and opened another bank account some where else and have had no issue with mobile banking on my new bank.
All this app allows you to do is change your password. You can't login before or after the change. Unfortunately the website is just as bad. We cannot validate your information. Weak. It sucks so bad I left a review. Something I only do for greatness or crapness.
I had no real issues for the first month, but oh my gosh now I can't log into my account because for some reason it doesn't recognize my information.... The mobile app doesn't even work 99% of the time so I can't even get a quick look at my balance... I do like the people who actually work at the branch here but I'm getting sick of dealing with issues that I never had to deal with when I was with BofA.
I realize some ppl have issues with this app, however if you do what it asks and don't mess up on your password or challenge question never have issues. Try it and if I'm right give a better review. Instead of a review out of frustration and anger.
Its so funny if you look at the people that gave this horrible app 5 stars they work for Washington federal. tired of..... getting locked out for no reason!! and then the only way to unlock is to call and of course they say there's nothing wrong then magical it's fix the next time I try..... worst bank ever. Oh plus 10 bucks for a cashiers check unbelievable.
The app covers my needs, and has good features. I only have to delete it, and reinstall it almost everytime I use it because it won't let me log in due to some kind of error.
I only wish this would show you pending transactions. That would make it much easier to determine what is in the account. Also faster updated info... sometimes takes days for things to go though in the app.
They would be better off saying they don't have a mobile app for their bank. 1. Over half the time I open it I'm either locked out of my account and have to call them or the app is temporarily not working. There's no point in having a convenient app if you can't rely on being able to use it. 2. Every update just adds more links, tabs and drop boxes to click through to get to what you want. 90% of people use 5% of functions on the app (check balance/transfer) and now it's just more annoying to fish for them.
Says my username or password contains invalid characters. Checked them very carefully and tested them on the mobile login. They work just fine there.
Sucks so bad wish it never took over bank of America in my town this app Sucks too bad always crashing and if I check my balance to many times in a day it starts asking me my security questions

Doesn't let me log in. I've tried numerous times and nothing, customer service is hateful when u call regarding this issue!
I didn't have the problems accessing my account with the other system setup as I do with this system. I don't even try to check my account with the phone any more.
Work like a champ but after awhile it's wack ......undownload then re-download then repeat all the time.....but it works....for any reason it does not let u log in .....Uninstall then re-download an it will work like u first got it.....not sure why but they need to fix this cause it's been like over a 100 times I did that.....but it works .....
Worked right away after I installed it! Great app. Easy to use and convenient. You can do bank transactions through online anytime!
This app sucks. It stopped working after I got my Android OS updated. This is ridiculous! Now I have to go on my Internet browser to log on, and half the time it asks me my security questions! So annoying!
Interface is confusing and you can't start using the mobile app unless you get to a computer and go through another poorly coded verification process. I had to fill out the questionnaire 3 separate times and it still never saved my answers. I'm going to to Chase.
I touch the app to open up and get a "error message call for assistance", come here to see I have the current version downloaded & no updates are necessary. Ugh, this Bank needs to get with it! I miss BOA!

The most useless app in the world. Does't work. It says alot about this bank if they can't get their app right. STAY AWAY PEOPLE !!!!!
