This app is a food tracking system - with a lot of flexibility - so easy to use for a busy person. The ways of eating program is excellent and flexes around the individuals needs. It is more of a lifestyle change than a diet - enjoying food is positively encouraged. Thoroughly recommend this to anybody wishing to improve their lifestyle and shed some weight.

Brilliant - it's a whole new way of life. Not a diet a new way of life! In 3 months I feel much bettr, have lost 20+ kgs, can run up and down the stairs, walking is much easier. To be adopted right now. Helpful articles and advice, no guilt trips either

Very good app! The food log allows me to take photo so I don't need to write my food and drink. I can track my weight, sleep, mood, energy, etc so I know my progress. It comes with a library of image so I can get some knowledge to help my fat loss. All in all a 5-star app !

I've been using the app for a few weeks now & can honestly say it's a breeze to use, with a fresh intuitive user interface. Not only does it track your weight loss & other relevant measurements, it is also a one stop app for regularly updated news & info about food facts, diet, exercise tips and strategies to maintain healthy eating & lifestyle choices, with inbuilt forum. You can log many facets of your day, - mood, food choices, activity levels and sleep quality. You can even upload food pics.

Following the documentry fixing dad I was guided to this app.. my weight is dropping off. I cannot recommend it enough. Anyone reading this please give it a go. And stick to it!! This realy works and for me to say that after trying everything.. I can now not wait for my days to start so much energy and from struggling to walk with my weight I'm now riding a pushbike and excersizing daily. It's life changing.

This has been a life changer highly recommended not only am I loosing weight (half a stone or 3.17kg) but I have more energy and my brain is work so much better, and strangely although I can eat as much as I like I am not that hungry now (3 and half weeks in) .this is an easy way of eating. the only hitch is it doesn't always open but speaking to the coach it s a problem they are working on and seems to be happening less, some times it is good to wait

In my case, I used the Fasting aspect of the app. The app provides daily inspiration and interesting points of view on fasting as well as well-written, thoughtful, mini articles which convey the science in easily understandable terms. I appreciated the support I received from Caroline, who checked in with me to see how I was doing. The food log is easy to use (I did not use the feature to post pictures of meals, which would many people will like). The rating system, which gets you thinking about the quality of your meals, is really brilliant. You can then look back at your week and see a quick recap of how healthy/unhealthy your meals were. Highly recommend!
