La Constitución Política de la República de Chile de 1980, actualmente vigente, es la décima carta fundamental en la historia del constitucionalismo chileno. Fue aprobada en un plebiscito el 11 de septiembre de 1980 y entró en vigor, en un régimen transitorio, el 11 de marzo de 1981 y, en forma plena, el 11 de marzo de 1990. Su texto original contenía 120 artículos, con 29 disposiciones transitorias. Ha sido reformada en 1989, 1991, 1994, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 y 2012.
