I contacted several times asking few pre-sales queries & they never replied. I reported some bugs through mail & contact form, but they don't have enough time to go through it. Honestly speaking, I loved this app & the overall UI, but these guys are not serious enough. Also there is a little transparency in their pricing plan & they didn't clarified it properly.
