CRAMAT Smart City App

This app is good. I raised a complaint in road section. The action was taken in few days which is appreciating. But they really need to look till the end of it as the road was built but was never completed. And now, inspite of feedback provided by me still noone is responding. They hav given me higher authority people phone numbers who never attend the call themselves instead their PA attends it and says that ur work will be done. But its been two months and 7 days but no action is being taken.

When you people don't have to solve any problem then y did u create this app. I reported problem on 11th December but till 17th nothing has been initiated.

This is not good app and i posted my complaint last 2 week back but still showing is pending dont install this u will loose ur mob data.

Camera is blurry, image is not visible at all, interface is ugly, camera icon shows as power button to confuse it might quit app, poor space usage.

MC Ludhiana worst to take note of your request. They respond after minimum 15 to one month.

I report my complaint 2 days ago but its on processing only

I tried to click pics .but dsnt get clicked..showing some +- 1 to 3000 error

Number of complaints logged but no resolution received even for single one

my address is house. no.2, 44 feet road, bhamian khurd,choti bhamian, ludhiana,punjab. in my area road is not there.. make road in my area. 

Totally wastage of time.

It is a good app & initiative but useless. I raised a complaint of encroachments below Jagraon Bridge but MCL personnel forwarded info to Encroarchers who directly called me and asked y i uploaded these pics. Till date encroachments remein there. MCL will not improve. Corrupt MCL employees.

I used this app to clear the GARBAGE nearby and the MCL took the action immediately It's really help to improve city must develop more apps like this

Nice try to make the complaints reach the doorstep of MC in an easy way. Some upgradation needed regarding more options like to change password, phone number and other details.

A v good app to improve the conciousness and social responsibility to transform India. First class app that can be adopted by other countries. Successful thing should be replicated.

But the will to work does not exist with civic body... I recently visited the MC office and asked as to what action is being taken with regards to my complains.... I was shocked to be told that most officers didn't know how to use the app for feedback.....

Earlier complaints used to upload. But now unable to upload. From more than 1 user.

Please provide the option to change the mobile number.

They update old app only but they are creating new app in that only thing is they change the background colors and upload what is the use of it totally waste of money

Sir app is good, but app ch ek hor option required hai, i.e. to watch complaints by other people, and their comment, with this we can discuss on the problems and to solving them.
