Portea-Health Care At Home.

Not able to understand why it was terming the address as invalid even after selecting the correct city. Tried it twice after and also reinstalled it. Wanted a test done immediately but was not able to using this app. Please do improve.

Monday is done? Where is the update and my money? Your getting to my nerves , where's my money 2k refund that is I'm my wallet, I'll publish in facebook, twitter, deccan herald, times now etc . As your cheaters ? What do u say, even u r terms and policies say that you should and are liable to refund the that is in my wallet?

Worst service First the lab technician does not know how to take blood sample he took 4 tube of sample first he took from right hand and then left hand and started blaming on veins being smaller Finally when it came to report they uploaded and emailed report of different person who had all sort of disease which sacred me. Better go to local lab who would give better service. My doctor was shocked to see this kind of service. Where they send other person report. There is no guarantee that the report and results belong to you

Worst service and worst app. I booked an appointment for post natal physiotherapy, the person who came to assist was just trying to impress by talking without doing anything She was just asking again and again what's the problem even after sharing everything. Finally she taught nothing and said this session is only for assistance, if you need any treatment from next session we will provide. Another pathetic thing is payment, I loaded my portea wallet as it was only showing an option to pay with portea wallet but after loading an amount it was not accepted, so I had to pay by cash. Now my money got stuck with portea and no other way to use that. Because I tried to order some medicine for my mother using this wallet money it says your locality has no service, I don't understand why as I stay within the city and it's one of the most commutable area. Worst worst app and service.

Tried 6 times to type my address but every the screen showed invalid address. Not a user friendly app. Uninstalling it.

service is pathetic... I had booked test for 8:30 am and clinical person suddenly came on 7:30am without any intimation...i was sleeping at that time..i asked him tjat why u had come early so he said one of his appointment got cancelled so he came early at my home... Is this way to give service.. you come at patient home without any intimation at your time??? What are your charges if you change timing of appointment by your self.. dont you have sense that if you go at anyones home, you should atleast intimate to him?? This is basic sense which should be maintained while giving any type of service... Second thing, i had done payment of rs 1699 as per plan, at that time only but he didnt give me receipt.. he said i wil give receipt only if yoi do payment by cheque or cash??? He said l, your transaction id is your receipt..is this service you providing.. Sorru but really disappointed with you PORTEA..

I had an extremely bad experience about Portea.After paying the charges in advance,I had booked an appointment for collection of my blood sample for some regular tests today.Nobody turned up.I called up a no of times and came to know that they had not allocated the case to a local rep at all.These people are nicely trained on the best use of a very common word called sorry.Even if you cancel the appointment as they could not come,the refund process takes 15 days. I was made to wait for 15 mins on phone to get through a customer care executive.Terrible service.No intention to keep their commitments.I could not get the test done and at the same time will have to wait for 15 days to get my refund for no fault of mine.I will not recommend Portea to any one.Horrible experience.

What a shocking company!! Do not fall in the trap. They promise the world, take rs 1000 for registration and the you are ok your own. Total lies about service. Think twice before you pay. I've been so frustrated trying to get someone, hopefully the patient will be living when these people show up.

A credit of 1499 was transferred to my portea wallet but am unable to link my account with the wallet. OTP never gets generated. Have called up the call centre umpteen times but problem not solved. Feel cheated since my money is inaccessible. After posting received a prompt reply and problem solved. Please maintain this level of service. Changing my rating from 1 star to 5 star

Pathetic service.. always promise and never deliver is the motto ..waited beyond my doctor's appointment for the reports and then had to go elsewhere for same tests again..call center guys will keep telling u that they will call/ write to lab .. but nothing happens... please don't go for them as not dependable...it's not a retail sales one but a health service organisation is what they have forgotten and might cause someone huge losses health wise

Scheduling appointment is their way of providing services. They will only schedule appointment day by day. Making fool of a patient letting them starve for 10 - 12 hours everyday then they will say let us schedule your appointment again.

Fraud pathetic service. They promise you to do the tests but do not give complete reports. Customer care is also totally useless. I have paid the amount for tests in full but after 10 days still not received a complete report. Shame

U guys just make fool of people.. U sheduled my appointment two times nd still no body came and even i didnt get any msg regarding cancellation.. Worst app ever

Worst app. I cancelled the appointment still they have not refunded my money. Everytime i call them the time increases. Some say 4-7 b.days, some 7-10 b.day and now 10-15 b.day. thiefs. No response to mails.

These guys are highly irresponsible, dey will book your appointment but nobody will ever turn up..and u will end up calling them 10 times a day..so its better to take the services from any other​ health care service providers..portea ppl have no other work then keeping your calls on hold and asking for sometime..eventually their sometime will eat up ur whole day.. pathetic service..

Hopeless service.... It's better to go in to normal lab and test it... For normal blood test taking more than 48 hr for report printing... someone will die still they will not send the report...
