I have been trying to get into this app for 2 weeks or so now and it keeps telling me to contact the help number witch I did on Monday May 8th and were not able to help me and said they would turn in some kind of ticket to someone to get fixed and took my info and that they would contact me when it's fixed and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have moved to a new town and need to find new doctors asap and can't do that because I can't get into the app. Please fix the problems so I can git what I need. On May 10th it is now letting me in to do what I need to do.

It never finds a doctor, and refers California users to their website for a more thorough search. Their website is just as bad and looks completely dated to the point of making searches a hassle.

Useless app with absolutely no practical utility. There's no nurseline number in the app. The searches do not work. Why do you even have this app? Yes, the ID card works, and thank God! Unbelievable that in this day and age, ABC can't seem to have a decent app that actually helps it's subscribers. Total waste of resources in developing this so called app. Stop wasting people's time. Take this app off!

Won't show summary

Can't do anything.. Trying to get information on claims and nothing. Only thing good for is to view Id card.. Redo your app so we can actually use it..

What good is it if you can't view any of the searches or any claims!?! Deleted!

Its ok to pull up my insurance card's info, but the find a doctor tab is horrible! No matter what you search for, it will not yield any results! Yet on the website, it will display hundreds of doctors within just a few miles. Get it together, Anthem!

Never been able to log in. Customer service not available on weekends. No point having it.

The only thing this is good for is the card. The searches won't produce results, it's terrible, get it together already!

Seems OK but bugs me to rate it. No option to say no.

It's been 3 weeks and I can't log in. Called the number that is listed, and the representative stated that the app is down on their side and there is no projected date for it to be back up again.

Sooooooooooo bad! You can login AND logout. That's about it... Can't save changes to profile settings. Long load times. Other settings you need to call plan administrator to change since you can't do it in the app or online, which doesn't matter anyways since the app and website doesn't allow you to save changes anyways. I hope someone got paid a LOT of money for this...

Whenever I try and log in I get an error message saying to call their support number. Additionally, their "Find a Doctor" tool doesn't list their updated 2017 health plans. C'mon! You raised everyone's rates so at least you could put the money towards a functional web site and mobile app.

It takes forever to go from one menu to another and then nothing works, a 7 years old child could make a better app. It doesn't even deserve 1 star

I've deleted and re-installed but it doesn't matter. I have never once been able to use the app.

Can't access my info. It says that it recognizes me but there is always an error with I enter ID & password. Tech hasn't been able to help as of yet.

App used to work and provide info that was nice to have everywhere. Now my wife and I can't even get past the log in screen. It gives a message with the phone number to technical support.

Horrible, they make apps to help make things easy, I want to pay my bill, the only thing you can do with this app is look at your ID card.

No longer allows login. Can't login from browser either, only from a PC/Mac.

One of the main benefits of this app is to be able to view your ID card, and you can't even do that. Tried multiple phones to no avail. Same error on the mobile site as well.

Anthem makes it so hard to just pay your monthly bill, and this app is no help at all...

I'm trying to pay my bill, but to do that I have to put in my payment info. I get to the drop down menu to put my state, and I can't scroll down the menu. Can't make a payment if I can't navigate the menus. Using Galaxy s4, Android OS 4.4.4. UPDATE 12/3/2016: My issue has still not been addressed. I was referred to Tier 1 tech support who told me "Sorry, you can't pay your bill from the app, can you borrow someone's computer?" This is ridiculous.

Trying to look up claim status and always says not working. Pretty useless if it doesn't work!

Never lets me view the claim summaries, but the other stuff is OK.

It doesn't allow me to view my ID

Doesn't recognize any locations i enter including our state Capitol. Search just spins and spins unendingly.

It's so nice to have this information in hand, rather than cart around a file folder of paperwork.

I tried finding my user name and the app errors out...
