I have wasted a good amount of time trying to locate washrooms on this app while a dancing 4 year old stands next to me.. Really no washrooms capability on a map of the largest mall in North America..

And not the dog's. Search function is limited to the store name. There is no ability to find your way using the map aside from squinting at the blurry garbage they call a map. Zoom function? Bookmarks? Forget it. The coder of this app wasn't competent enough for such a complex task. Seems to be written by someone with the programming ability of a boiled egg.

App would have been great... If it didn't freeze and constantly have to be restarted. Ended up using the paper map or just searching on the Internet for store availability and location. Was disappointed, as this could be very useful for travellers from out of town.

I was hoping it had improved since the most recent comments but, alas, not true. It crashed, it only searches titles of stores & not by item, the movie listings were completely wrong, the map was not helpful or interactive, it seemed like my 13 year old could have done a better job programming it. SO not worth it. Deleting it forever.

The map on android would not show properly. Could only see it landscaped and it showed the road rather than the Mall. If I zoomed out I could see the whole map but it was so small that it was virtually useless.

The map isn't very clear or useful on a mobile screen. I couldn't do any zooming or browsing that you might expect with a map. Also, the categories were disorganized. For example, clothing retailer Eddie Bauer found under toys and hobbies. This made the search functionality less than useful. Would not recommend for use in-mall. You don't need the aggravation.

I went in hesitantly because of all the bad reviews. Worked great. It would be five stars but was missing some functionality. Where is the bathroom search? Sales tab didn't work. But generally a good app.
