Used to be a great app, but now I'm lucky to even get signed in and see my balance before it tells me it timed out due to inactivity! The website isn't hardly any better! Great bank but needs to get their technology together! Beyond frustrating.

Clicked to update app so I could go online to check account, 30 minutes later and it's still "downloading". There was nothing wrong with the old app, I too was happier with Western FCU. Customer service was even better. Already slowly transitioning all my accounts to another bank. This sux

Old app no problems new app cannot do mobile deposits and some banking services. Makes me login twice every single time. kicks me out to the home screen to log back in after pressing random selection ! Fix this please! Fix fix fix!!!!!!!! Call customer service and was on the phone for a long time erased the app reloaded it went through the security process still having same problem did it again and again same problem fix your software!

Been trying to update app for 25 mins. Keeps saying downloading. Unify is the worst. Should have remained western federal credit union. Never had any issues with them. Guess it's time to grab my money and go

The Capture screen to take pictures of the check for eDeposit gets dark and fuzzy every time after the first deposit is done. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I need to use eDeposit. It's not my camera's fault: my camera takes bright and crisp pictures. Please fix this. It's been like this for months.

Love the credit union, hate the app. Slow to load if it loads at all. Fingerprint scanner never works. When you do log in you have to hit the back button to get to the menus

Haven't had any issues banking with the app other than everytime I need to login it makes me fill out my credentials twice back to back. Sometimes after putting in my credentials the up stays stuck on loading accounts.

Update 5/7/17: The latest update fixed all of the problems I had with the previous version...........Previous Version: Literally the most annoying app I've ever used. I usually have to screw with it for 5-10 minutes just to login to my account....

The app is okay. Works great for transfers, checking balances, making payments, but the e-deposit does not work at all. It refuses to focus and sometimes gives off a yellow lighting. I have checked my phones camera after this happens and my camera works perfectly fine so I'm not sure why it only messes up with the app. Other than that the app works well.

This app is terrible. It made me change my password about 6 times after locking me out of my account each time I changed the password. It also freezes anytime I try to login now that the password issue is fixed. I can only look at my acct info 1 out of 15 times of trying to login into my acct. This app needs serious work. The western federal app worked so much better and I wish they would bring that one back instead.

Congratulations, this app wins the Darwin award of bank apps. Crashes when choosing the option to register device, must verify device with every login. Seriously makes me want to change banks for one with a more user friendly mobile banking process.

I cannot see that it installed. My device was not in the drop down list. Anyway. Said after i installed that it was installed but i cannot see icon. Still see old western icon. Oh well. I will have to call. Should give more explanations. 1. Why google or apple to start. I used my google account. Anyway. I am little frustrated. So will continue later. Have to go...

Original post 09/2016...This app sucks! I can never log on. Y'all need to do better. **Update** It's 10/13/16 and this app is still crap. We were forced to move from the Western app that was working just fine to this BS that half the time doesn't want to let us pay bills online and kicks us out regularly. Booooooo!
