Deserves 0 stars, not even 1 star. This app is absolutely and utterly useless. Please don't even bother wasting 5 to 10 minutes of your time installing this app to check it out. The app doesn't work, and even if it did (which it doesn't), it restricts you to your camera folder. You can NOT browse files.

STOP COMPLAINING THAT IT ONLY USES CAMERA ROLL. GO TO ANY APP PRESS THE SHARE FUNCTION AND WE TRANSFER SHOWS AS AN OPTION. THAT WAY U CAN SEND ALL THE FILE TYPES. WORKS PERFECT ON G6

The app falls short of the website functions, it is a complete waste of design and development and everyones time who downloads it. My time hopefully isn't wasted if I can at least save one person from installing it. Other positive reviewers are mongs who only want to share a big picture or video file taken by their own phone.

This app must have a bug. I loaded a file and on site of the good connection, it took 3.5 hours to get to 99%. Then since 30 ms, I am still on that 99%. Nothing seems to work again. Wondering! Please see to it that it brings every upload to a perfect completion.

This app is absolutely great. I get so frustrated when the error message pops up indicating the file is too large to send. Now thanks to this wonderful app I can share all types videos without any problems. Thank you so much for this and best of all, its free!

Why only photos and videos? I need to send archives with different docs and file types. Please make it like on desktop, I remember it had this function, now only photo gallery... 1 star only, useless app

Won't complete an upload, freezes when nearly finished. Incredibly slow upload over WiFi as well. Huge wait before it fails, every time. Can't browse all files, just images, so you have to find files in your browser then share from there. Means you can't upload multiple files. Just let mobile users use the website rather than force this non functioning app on us.

Fantastic. I use it all the time to transfer videos for work. Those having trouble uploading anything other than camera roll. Go to the file you want to share first and select it then select share and a selection of functions and apps come up including we transfer. DONE! So handy!

What a generous 10GB limit but how often that we have a large file in our photo gallery taken by our phone camera? If u only allow sending photos and videos in the gallery and not other folders, why do we still need this app? Installing this app is actually wasting my phone storage space.

Ridiculous that you can only send photos and videos from the app. I want to send miscellaneous documents and files to customers from my phone, it works fine from the web on a pc but will not work from chrome browser on my phone and the app doesn't even have the option to select anything other than photos and videos. Major disappointment!

Used to be so simple to use now with the app it does not recognise any of my images taking on a proper camera !!transfered to my device , Not everybody uses their phone or tablet to take pictures, App utter crap ,back to the drawing board, keep it simple guys !

Can't send anything but pictures and videos. How can I attach audio clips? Zip files. Can't change folder location. Always looking on one folder. I'd still use the website version. This app is a waste.

Wow I used you guys for so long and now you force me to download the app then once I do download it, I can only use it for videos and pictures? I can use Gmail for basic features like that! So dissappointing... Back to Sendspace I go.

The interface is terrible. You cannot browse files, you are limited to your photo and video collection, not only that but the app fails to find any photos or videos not captured by your android device. This means that any pictures you transferred to the device from a camera cannot be found. They did make it look sleak, but at the cost of the app actually being useful or working. I love we transfer and it is my go to place for sending domes, but sadly their app is a bust

Everything's fine except two major problems on my Redmi note 3. Doesn't uses full upload bandwidth available on my WiFi network and transfer is paused after few seconds of hiding app I.e. going on hone screen on switching to other app. I've allowed the app to operate in background in permission manager in MiUI settings. I definitely know that Mi phone & UI sucks but please can u get a way out to use we transfer easily without selling this crap phone and go buy some other good phone.

App seems to be quite idiotic designed. Not browsing function is added. Sharing from the files to the apps via de O.S. is also imposible, even some users reported as possible. I spend some time trying all kind of solutions but no. Not functional. Back to the drawing table dear developers, product is a zero! Better luck next time!

Honestly, I would like the if only u could choose gallery or album where is the pictures. Now its from somewhere and there is none of those pictures I wanted. So I give bad review cuz bad design and bad logical.

Annoyed that the website will not let me upload anything from my phone! The page simply doesn't exist! Gave me no choice but to download the app! Very unhappy!

When you ask a client, "Do you have dropbox, Google drive, any cloud storage?" and they look at you like you've grown an extra head. When you ask them how am I supposed to get this large video/picture file to you, and they look at you expecting it to magically appear on their computer, this is the magic you're looking for.

Its easy to transfer file but i cant select photos and videos quick enough have to go through everyone instead of select the file/folder there under. Can get a little irritating.

Love using this! People complain they can only see the gallery, which is the case. But once you know how to select any files (from the phone files) you can send anything!

I love the service, but the app is terrible. Only being able to send pictures and videos is one downside (unless there's some way to send other files that I haven't discovered). Its also absolutely infuriating how the app doesn't upload if it isn't the center of attention, rendering the device essentially useless for anything else until the rather long upload process is complete. It would be much better if the app could upload any file on the device, and if it could upload in the background.

Thia app does everything you expect it to do. Only con being that browsing through your documents can go annoyingly slow because you can't search through folders or categories.

Always use the desktop version at work and got it on my android phone just to check it out. Was worried after reading a few of the reviews but so far no problems. Must have for videographers that have to send work to clients.

Bye bye to zip files, hi hi we upload, transfer and get notified when the file is been downloaded. We all know frustration of files been blocked by firewall. By the way you can share with your own email, copy link and insert on the email. Jobs gooden.

Where I appreciate the webversion a lot, the app is crap. No possibility to browse the phone for files in different locations..... useless... sorry :(

This app dealt helped is get documents and keep this bus ones updated. Thepeople at city hall are really nice and can't wait to tell them I use shutterapp

Very disappointing. Sounds great on the description, but on installing the only files it can access are photo/video files listed in the 'gallery' if it could access/send a full array of files it'd no doubt be good, but as it stands it seems pretty much a waste of time. Uninstalling.

Invan only upload video and pictures sorry but my phone is way more advanced then this app of you can do other files then it would be great I'm deleting and uninstalling it

Even can't get link, files are sent by e-mail only and only photos and videos are available. Uninstalled it immediately

It will ONLY work with camera roll... Only your phone camera photos.. weird!! I have albums and does not let you search your albums. Needs improvements. 2 stars. no I will not recommended. Thank you.

Started good, but slowed down n struck at 99% ..waited fr 2 hours but no use.. So totally wasted my 5 hours.. It sucks

Useless app. I have previously used the website with no problem. This app fails to recognize my media and it's only restricted to photos and videos... Please revise it.

Can use it to only send photos. What's the point. There's drop box, Google photos which are much user friendly. Waste of an app! If only they integrated the desktop version functionality in the app.

Placed a shortcut on the desktop despite my phone settings set to prevent that from happening. I find this action by the app to be very intrusive. I wonder what else it does that it isn't supposed to...

And now sorry but you suck. The app is only for gallery.. and your website is not useful anymore. Good luck loosing fans

Utter rubbish if I can't use my subscription WT account to send business files. Only suitable for small children who want to waste bandwidth sending photos and videos that only grangma would be interested in. FAIL!

Pretty bad, but works. Launch screen is useless crap - I don't want to see all the photos of my device, it's idiotic, just provide a "pick files" button and it'll be fine. What works: using a file manager you can choose to share with Wetransfer.

You can only upload files from your camera roll. Not even photos saved from a different app, and no other file types. The web version is great, this app lacks functionality.
