About Fit Week - Workouts
Fit Week is an application that assists in daily and weekly training creation and organization, displaying the list of workouts who should be performed during training.
The application allows you to create, edit and remove the workouts that will compose your training by adding details relating to them, such as number of sets, repetitions, day of the week that the exercise should be performed, among others informations. During the exercise executions there will be a timer for the execution duration and for your time off to help in your control.
You can add your body measurements in Fit Week and the application will report this data.
The application Fit Week also has a calculator for calculating the BMI (Body Mass Index).
