Click the “Start Tethering” button from the main frame. You will see the dialog window showing “Launches successfully. If you want to stop it, click "Stop Tethering" from the notification bar.
If the function fails, you will see the dialog window showing “ Sorry! You have to enable the Mobile Data function before using the tethering function.”

If you have a windows laptop, like 7,8,10 u can get a free virtural router on that. its called CodePlex virtural router. And it does more than u would think. Its good for playing multiplayer on consoles such as PS4. i recommend the virtural router. but not this app. I use it everyday.
