It's so NOT "friendly and easy to use", the layout is not modern and the only reason i'm using it is that we got the wost camera which works only with this! You should UPDATE your product and maybe MAKE THE INSTALLATION PROCESS of the cameras EASIER! There are millions of similar apps and unfortunally i'm stuck with this one! DO SOMETHING...

I had this camera bought for my baby nursery I can't even get to connect nothing I do works and there's no one to help

I have used this for a while with no probs, however, after the most recent update I now can't hear anything through the microphone at all! I have restarted etc but have absolutely no sound. I can still talk back through it tho! What on earth has happened!? So fed up I think I will just get rid and try something else.

Cannot connect my camera using this app on onePlus, cyanogen android phone. The app seems to crash on step 2 of connection. Please fix asap otherwise I cannot use this device and it's waste of money !

Managed to connect my camera with no real problems. Software takes care of dynamic DNS somehow, so no need for an extra service. Used in combination with Koning Electronic IP Camera. Sadly the e-mail notification / motion alert option does not seem to work. This is a real issue for me, which could be related to the software or the camera (cannot tell). Without this issue an extra star would be warranted. What would also be nice (but is not available) is some method of redirecting the camera to other software. uCare Cam does not give any diagnostics that would enable loading the video stream elsewhere.

Took me ages to get it set up. Problem was that my phone was connecting to 4g as 4g was stronger than my wifi signal. I turned off data roaming and it connected straight away. They should make that clear in the instructions.

Great camera and quick and easy to install. Works fine under Android by carefully navigating the menu. Camera gives good image and only regrettable with less light less image. The camera has no infrared capabilities.
