• View educational videos about your baby’s development during each week of your pregnancy.
• Connect to your baby with our Baby Boost relaxation tool.
• Get daily updates with important tips and inspirational quotes to stay positive and motivated.

Cigna Healthy Pregnancy can help you understand symptoms or issues that arise throughout your pregnancy, giving you the support you need to actively manage your pregnancy. The app can guide you in talking to your health care provider about an issue, calling a resource in your area, enrolling in a pregnancy management program offered by your health plan, or using one of the in-app tools to check your weight or take time to relax.

Other contributors include nurse midwives and other medical experts. Our content is validated by national clinical guidelines and updated annually.
