1. Display empty message where there is not active shift available on daily checklist.
2. Use start date and end date on the daily checklist table. So if the to_time is smaller than the from_time, we will put the next day on it.
3. Fix this issue (s/n no like 1.10, 2.10 is showing as 1.1 ans 2.1).
