There is no way to check email only pay bills so useless waste of time and space on your phone.

It never works always force closes!

Convenient app

It's great app but the only reason I give it 3 stars I stead if 5 if because if you hit the keep logged on button and do the finger recognize button and the. Just click out of the app and come back it logs you out and then unable to get back in at all. I have had to uninstall this twice and shut off my phone and then reinstall it just to get logged in. If that bug gets fixed it would be great!

I was hoping the app might be just a bit of hope I have left . it takes for ever to pay online. You can use your password,.then they have to email you the TOKEN password. Which all crazy. That takes about an hour to load. When i call to pay over the phone isn't easier. Or less annoying. And if a breeze comes our way better believe internets out

Windstream is absolute garbage. Run away. I pay over $100 a month for half the bandwidth they promise. Also lose internet at least twice a day. Garbage company. Garbage support

It worked fine untill I started my finger print for my password now it says your not logged in then when I type the password it says I'm logged in as a different user. I called windsteam but they have no clue about this app so I'm pretty upset because I used this app a lot

Can't even view my bill. Just sits and loads... Won't go any further

Its not working at all every time I try to log in it tells my that has timed out

Dont use this app. WINDSTREAM is so far behind on all technology. All you can do is pay your bill with this app but BEWARE: It takes a minimum of TWO days to post to your account if you pay by this app. Lol. Just ise their website, if you can find out which,of their websites to use.

Doesn't work for Talk America...formerly Cavalier Telephone customers. Uh....why didn't the description say so? ????

Exactly what i wanted. I just need to check balance and pay bill. I don't care about, or need, anything else.

Would be better if the app helped with the many router issues. All this app does is send u to the online account. Wish we could see more info about the router.

Basically a worthless app....very few features. Let's me see what I owe and make a payment. That's about it. Add features it could be good.

I logged into the computer fine...but it won't let me on the app..thanks Windstream

I think that the Five stars ratings are paid trolls not real customers. This company can't seem to do anything right worst part is where I live have no choices but them :(

Awful... I'm not talking about just the app, I'm talking about the service itself too. I honestly would rather use Mediacom. And I hate them both

I'm unable to log in to app. Not worth downloading.

Error, error, unknown error. Can log in through the browser, but the app is always telling me error.

Nice to have Mobile access to account for but many features on website not available in app yet.

CANT EVEN PAY BILL. IF THAT ISSUE WOULD BE FIXED THAT WOULD PROBABLY HELP!

I did manage to use it last month to pay, this month nothing after a dozen tries... you really need to fix your app otherwise its totally pointless.

They updated the website and now you cant make payment with your cell phone. HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO MAKE A PAYMENT IF NEITHER OF THE OPTIONS WORK. Windstream needs to restructure their whole company (garbage internet speeds, app. Doesnt work, website DOESNT work see a patern) all about the money.

Can't even access the manage payment feature... Which is the ONLY feature.

Not sure what the point of this app is. You can't make payments with it. For what Windstream charges for a home phone, they can afford a decent app!

Piece of crap waste of time doesn't work

There are only three options: payments, email & help. Payments leads to a blank screen and help is helpless. Didn't even try the email. Uninstalled!
