Pop On - Learn and Teach Languages English Chinese

Their support is absolutely useless. I cant seem to get any answers out of them. I tried the email adress they provided and I also tried to contact them on facebook, many times, without any success. The app works fine. Improve your support system please!

I thought they had more than two languages on here they only gave me Chinese and Spanish as options and I didn't want to learn any of them ... sucks

I keep getting withdrawal issues with the app. First i couldnt withdraw my earnings. Though the dev team helped me nowni havent been paid thru my paypal account and it was suppsoed to come in yesterday (15th). Hi dev team pkease help me out. I really love your app and all but thos is giving me a hassle. Will rate 5 once my issue is fixed. Thanks.

This app is legit. I teach and i earn. Plus, i really had a great time talking to my chinese friends.

I was enjoying this app up until it was updated. When I try to log in, it says my account is not active or the email/phone number I used does not match. All of my data was dissolved. I still have remaining balance and I haven't withdrawn.

Couldn't change the Language of Learning, I accidentally chose Spanish as my Language of Learning and I couldn't change it. The update was messed up. Please fix this.

A great app to meet new people and learn their language. You are also able to teach English while earning some money. The old version is already satisfying, like all other app there are minor problems here and there, but the latest update is amazing. Keep it up.

I cant log in my account after the update. Worst I did not receive the popcoins I withdrew last week until now. Can someone send me a number or email address to contact so that I can relay the matter.

I can't access my account and I have 40 popcoins unavailable. I sent three emails and I did not get reply. Why?????

Love the version with new UI and training plans. Awesome Chinese learning and cultural exchange app. I think they select their Chinese tutors very carefully because all of them were pretty cool so far. I often use the daily free sessions and I think my Chinese is getting better.

This app is very convenient. You get the chance to learn Chinese culture and the Language itself. I have Chinese friends and I find it very user friendly to learn Chinese using this app as I teach and guide them too about English. This app bridges Chinese Speakers to English speakers which made it very easy. I get to have a lot of Chinese friends. On top of that I was not aware that you get to earn as well if you are a Chatpal or Tutor. I thought you could only use the Popcoins so that you can get a Chatpal and teach you about English. I was surprised that you can convert ir to cash too. I thonk this is one of the perks of being a Chatpal and tutor. Thank you Pop on

It's another money making scam app. You need to spend money in order to make some money. Be prepared to spend more than you make. Hhhhhh. What the owner of the app doesn't tell you, is that it literally EATS data. It ate soooo much data I had no data left for the week. It also doesn't list South Africa (my country) in its region; nor did it have Cape Town (my city) in its region. It also did not allow me to change my native language from Chinese to English once I had taken the owner's advice and registered my account accepting Chinese as being my native language (because it gave me no other option). Bottom line is this, it EATS data like crazy.

Cant log in into my tutor app

I suddenly can't log in. I also keep getting the same error message. Hoping that you can fix this ASAP. Before switching to android this app seems working fine but now I've tried logging in using my android phone I can't log in anymore no matter how many times I reset my password.

I cannot log in. I've been having trouble with my account. It always notifies me that my password/ number was incorrect everytime I try to log in. I made i sure that i encoded the correct details.

Works fine. Download the user guide, it will answer a lot of questions related to payment timeline etc.
