WorkApp vuole esser la vostra soluzione alla digitalizzazione dei contratti che verifica in modo del tutto automatico i dati inseriti con controllo e rilevamento della scrittura.
WorkApp sarà utilizzato attraverso dispositivi iOs ed Android (ovvero utilizzando qualsiasi dispositivo smartphone o tablet) per mezzo di applicazioni sincronizzate con un WebServer che vi consentirà di reperire con estrema facilità tutte le informazioni necessarie. Inoltre alcune funzionalità di WorkApp saranno utilizzabili direttamente via web (da browser).

Grazie a Workapp il tuo lavoro sarà semplificato, infatti non sarà più necessario utilizzare il fax o attendere l'incontro del lunedì per la consegna di tutti i contratti alla Team Leader, ma potrai inoltrare immediatamente attraverso il tuo cellullare o tablet i contratti da te prodotti e ricevere direttamente l'esito degli stessi.

Sarà inoltre possibile comunicare attraverso Workapp direttamente con la tua Team Leader di riferimento (per mezzo dell'apposita funzione di comunicazione) che per conoscenza seguirà tutto il tuo lavoro trasmesso, per qualsiasi necessità.

La Team Leader con lo stesso strumento potrà in qualsiasi momento mettersi direttamente in contatto con il proprio impiegato di riferimento per eventuali delucidazioni e confronti sugli esiti ricevuti.

Inoltre alla Team Leader viene riservata la funzione di accesso all'area di lavoro delle singole incaricate dove con un colpo d'occhio potrà verificare tutti i contratti trasmessi ed il relativo stato di esiti e/o lavorazioni.

In una seconda fase sarà messa a vostra disposizione un ampliamento di Workapp grazie al quale potrete avere una guida pronta per la corretta compilazione dei contratti. Workapp infatti vi avviserà in caso di alcuni errori (Esempio: mancanza firme sui contratti) e sarà in grado di fornire preventivi e prototipi di contratti pre-compilati.

Cio ti farà risparmiare molto tempo e danaro e non sarà più necessario procedere con le fotocopie dei documenti dei clienti offrendo così un servizio rapido, efficente e sicuro a tutti loro; tutto ciò con soli pochi centesimi al mese che saranno richiesti solamente dopo un breve periodo di prova.

WorkApp will be used by iOS and Android devices (ie, using any smartphone or tablet) by means of synchronized applications with a Web Server that will allow you to easily find all the necessary information. In addition, some features of WorkApp be used directly via the web (from the browser).

Thank Workapp your work will be simplified, it will no longer need to use the fax or wait for the meeting on Monday for delivery of all contracts to the Team Leader, but you'll immediately forward through your cellullare contracts by you or tablet products and receive directly the result of the same.

It will also be possible to communicate through Workapp directly with your Team Leader of reference (by means of communication function) for knowledge that will follow all your work submitted for any need.

The Team Leader with the same instrument may at any time make direct contact with your employee reference for possible explanations and comparisons on the results received.
