a) There are four workouts i.e Jumping Jacks, Jumping Lunges, Burpees and Star Jump.

Q) What are the 4 intervals available?
a) HIIT Video Training comes in 4 intervals:
i) 5 Minute workout : In this routing we are going to do quick 5 minute workout with Jumping Jacks, Jumping Lunges, Burpees and Star Jump with 1 minute intervals. There is no rest between workouts.
ii) 10 Minute workout : In this routing we are going to do 10 minute descending ladder style HIIT workout with Jumping Jacks, Jumping Lunges, Burpees and Star Jump starting with 1 minute intervals. There is 30 second rest after each session.
iii) 15 Minute Workout : In this routing we are going to do 15 minute descending ladder style HIIT workout with Jumping Jacks, Jumping Lunges, Burpees and Star Jump starting with 1 minute intervals. There is 30 second rest after each session.
iv) 20 Minute Workout : In this routing we are going to do 20 minute descending ladder style HIIT workout with Jumping Jacks, Jumping Lunges, Burpees and Star Jump starting with 1 minute intervals. There is 30 second rest after each session.
