Com ilustrações feitas a partir de desenhos da apresentadora Andreia Rodrigues, que é igualmente autora desta fábula original e intérprete de voz de todas as personagens, esta é uma aplicação interativa com jogos e animação, em que o universo de cores do arco-íris vai ser descoberto pela mão e curiosidade dos visitantes, com ajuda deste novo herói.
