I love it I am always getting a good deal

I love wyndham.

Very outdated! Hate that you have to fully sign in each time, use the technology of finger scanner or something for faster sign in! Other app SPG, HILTON MARRIOTT are all light years ahead of this horrible app!

App remembers my CC info. I do not have to retype everytime I book. I would like the option to book multiple rooms on 1 visit. I would like app to remember the last location and date I checked, rather than always restarting.

The app automatically logs you out, and the app & website will not let me make a reservation. It has been doing this for a few months now. This needs to be fixed!

Update 7/17: Now the app constantly locks me out and I have to memorize my user name. NOT GOOD! APP needs a major update. The app is good for the most part. However it takes several days and up yo a week to update the points from the website to the mobile app or even how many stays you need to reach the next level. This needs to change.

Love how easy you can visually see your progress towards rewards such as Go free and Go Fast points. The only issue I have is that it takes days for your stay to show and your points to adjust accordingly. Other than that...oh...also...I HATE HOW there is noon available on weekends for assistance in the program to contact most normal people travel the most from a Friday night to Sunday night.

We used the app to book a room for our trip. Just to find out the day before we leave that the app dropped our reservation. No record of it and Wyndham would do nothing about it. They wanted to use more points just to replace the room we already booked. Not happy...

Fix your app and web site. Won't let me book any thing. Keeps saying room you selected is no longer available and I need to do another search. Has done this for weeks on many hotels and dates. Its obviously a web site issue. Happens on computer and app.

STOP LOCKING ME OUT!! or at least let me pick a username I can remember. Getting my card out ever time gets annoying

It won't except passwords and username keeps giving me "Invalid ID" idiots on help line to stupid to fix it. Re set password 3 times and I'm still locked out but all my info works on the website browser.

So seems like every time this app gets updated I always have to log back into the app. Got to be honest...VERY annoying.

Everytime I log into my account it crashes. I tried booking without logging in, but then I can't enter my rewards account number - it tries to create a new account. Most frustrating waste of more than an hour trying to get this junk to work.

Very limited. Not able to update missed stays. Most functions require you to call someone since the app can't perform much.

Installed, tried creating an account, but the app kept giving an invalid credentials error.. was not able to really use

Can never access the app with my password, but it always works online. App tells me my credentials are invalid. Should just stay logged in, but doesn't.

Terrible. Constantly have to sign in. Or it doesn't recognize user n pee and I have to call when I know what it is. Smh. FIX!

Totally does not work today. Uninstalled, and reinstalled, still not working. Very frustrating when I need to a make room reservation.

Always says no rooms available. Won't let me update my information. It's useless

Good at telling you where you stayed at in the past. Can not track upcoming reservations. Not what I expected from an app to get me to use their motel chain.

Source home caught fire a small electrical fire and the damage wasn't that bad but the water damage from putting it out destroyed what little bit we had now me and my 2. Teenagers and wife who has 12 tumors are staying at the wyndam and we are pay almost 600 bucks a week because they are let friendly. We are staying at the Baymont in Greenville South Carolina but our bank account is almost empty. They didn't cut no deals and only gave us a weekly rate that they give everyone. The last time we stayed in the microtel when I had to take my wife for treatments in Greenville she got ate up by bed bugs we haven't had that problem here but you would thinkbtheybwould be more considerate. We are trying mg to find a home but laying these prices are making it absolutely impossible. My wife doesn't have no family and I have a dad who is got his own issues amd a mom who lives far off. I just started my small business being a general contractor but truck is only running in 1st and 3 rd. I signed up for rewards but haven't gotten any yet and we have been here 5 days. Keeps us in your prayers eveyone.

App never works always locked out have to reset password every time I use it

Im new to this app and It keeps shutting down also kicking me out of the website.

Pain in the neck to use. Requires security question on log in but doesn't recognize the responses.

Difficult to use and it locks you out. Then hassle to call to unlock

I don't like that I have to log in every time. Also some of the locations don't always pull up when your searching.

I book all of our trips through this app. Love it. So easy to use.

I was told i can change user name and password by customer service. Cant change it on app. I guess I wont be staying at Wyndham properties enough to need this app now
