I do enjoy the app, features are simple and to the point. I too have issues with devices going offline. I notice that once to twice a week I have to power cycle them to get them reconnected. Could you add a feature to schedule a power cycle restart? If I saw better reliabity I would buy more switches. As I am sure more folks are on the same edge as I. Another option would be nice to Wifi direct connect when smart services go down.

Bought a four pack. First two I setup right away. It was quick easy and simple. Second two I tried a few weeks later. Unfortunately they, for what ever reason cannot find the correct channel on my dual channel modem. Cannot find any webpage, phone number, or any way to get any type of support.

The app needs to have an alarm feature to auto automatically turn on your devices.. So my light can turn on on the morning.. So basic it's laughable.

Works great, never a hiccup. Works just fine with no access permissions allowed. I do have notifications enabled, but never get any messages.

Pretty flakey app. Often losses pairing with bulb. Alexa integration hangs from this and is even more flakey.

App is easy enough to use, but it always says my devices are offline...

App works good, but it gets offline very often, i will return it back

I brought this L.E.D wifi strip the app sucks and the Wi-Fi connection I would never again buy a product that the app has bad rating

WARNING! This App is a data mines for a Company based in China so no matter what they do to you or your phone you will not have any legal standing. I guess purchasing their product wasn't enough, Full screen popup ads, wants access to all your phone operations including all your contacts, make and manage phone calls. It's a lightbulb, why does a lightbulb need to make calls? Why is the developer remaining quiet when faced with questions and concerns.

WiFi bulbs are a new thing for me. So It was a little weird at first. I bought 4 new bulbs. They all grouped fine. The old one does not show to be grouped. Setting up was easier once I got the phone closer to the bulbs. Dims changes colors etc just fine with Alexa. Get the app running first then add the Alexa Skill.

I got a 2 pack from Woot, just to try them. They set up easily, with a little patienxe. Working perfectly now. I tried a lamp with a timer to go on and off at a set time. Works very well. The app did hang up on my Moto phone, until I restarted the phone. No issues on an Android tablet.

App prevented installation. Refused to accept correct phone codes sent via text. This app is terrible and the manufacturer should be ashamed to release such an overt product, one that cannot be used and upsets its customers. Shame on you, Iselector. Will try more expensive but more reliable Epicka or TP-Link devices. Returning this one. What a waste of time and energy!

So far the app works good. It instantly turns off and turns on the plugs as it should. When initially connecting the power strip or device to your phone/wifi, the phone has to be on your 2.4 gigahertz wifi Channel. After a successful setup, you can easily switch your phone back to your 5 gigahertz Channel and the app still works just fine. Only thing I don't like so far is that this app needs phone permission. Why should it need that? I'll come back and adjust the review after some time of using the device and the app. Edit: after using the app for a while I have to admit it is pretty good. Initially you have to have your phone in a 2.4 GHz wifi channel to set up the power strip. But after that you can use your phone under its regular 5ghz Channel. app works just fine, even able to control my power strip even when my phone isn't on the home Wi-Fi. Still don't like the need for phone access but at this point it's alright I guess. I'm not having any battery problems like other people are having. Maybe because my phone's management system does a good job limiting apps in general.

I bought two smart plugs and it was pretty easy to setup a scene. I tested what i ser up and it worked great. Set the lights to turn off at sunrise and they did. But then they went OFFLINE and would not turn on at the next sunset. Keeps happening. If they dont fix this the device is useless.

U70%
by U####:

App uses way too much battery it should use nothing, unless app is open. Also sometimes my plugs don't work with Alexa. They should work all the time not randomly. Alexa will tell me that it turned on the lamp when it is still off. Then a minute later it will work fine.

U70%
by U####:

Sockets, bulbs and app works as advertised, haven't experienced the problems described by other users. Scheduling could do with a rethink to make it faster and easier to setup (something akin to stock android alarms). A randomise feature would be useful as well so that sockets/bulbs can be set to come on with a wider time window i.e. within +/-10 minutes.

App works. I was able to get the plug to work with Alexa and Google Home. My gripe was that it will not allow you to use the app without giving it permission to access your phone. I found another app called Smart Life by Tuya,Inc. It looks and works the same as this app, without needing permission. Smart Life also allows it to work with Google Home.

U70%
by U####:

At first used app and was happy. Today went to use the app to do a few updates and now it wants to be able to make phone calls. The only permission it needs is network. If this isn't fixed soon I will be uninstalling and returning the power strip.

A70%
by A####:

This app is sending a TON of background data (almost 500mb of data sent, compared to 1mb from a different smart plug app) Something definitely fishy going on. It's draining my battery life by keeping the mobile radio active. Not sure what it's sending, but it's definitely nothing I want to be sharing.

H70%
by H####:

Needs more development. I can't set sunrise / sunset scenes because locations show in Chinese, not English. Also, I couldn't reset my password until I set my phone number. Yes at a basic level it works. But there is potential that is inaccessable

U70%
by U####:

The app does not need access to all this personal information. You want my camera assess, contacts, phone calls and more?! Nope, returning these and going with TP-Link instead. Thieving data miners

U70%
by U####:

Loosing 2 stars for 2 reasons: 1.- No way to schedule on/off. 2.- In case of a power failure the strip will remain off instead of returning to the estate it was in before the power failure. Fix that and you will have the 5 stars.

App works ok - pretty simple - as it should be. BUT - 2 major problems. One, there is no need for it to be constantly showing an icon in the Notification bar. Two, it should not be the largest consumer of battery power on my phone. Most days, I don't even look at the app - but it it's still consuming the highest percent of my power!!!

K70%
by K####:

Worked well until it froze. It's still frozen and I don't have any access. Update: I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it started working again, then it froze again. I would appreciate it if you fixed this issue. Thanks Update : every few days I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to access the outlets through the app because it will freeze without recovery. If this issue isn't fixed then this product isn't worth buying considering how inconvenient the app is to use.

They worked perfectly for about a week. Now, I have to uninstall and re-add them EVERY DAY. These are worthless! Update 1: Still essentially worthless. Must be reset EVERY DAY!

Worked first time on wifi, then tried it on LTA. Works great. I can control the power extension plugs individually. Even if I'm away from home. After 2 hours, I was never able to reconnect. I see the extension connected to my router, however the phone does not see it and says network problems. Not dependable.

U70%
by U####:

Really needs a Google Home update if it's in the Google Play Store. Only works with Alexa right now. Would have been great to add around the house. I did not have any problem with set up or use of app. Just really needs Google Home.

Once you get the idea ????, it's straight forward. You can't use voice command's with Alexa, U'll need a smart plug for that. No issue's as of yet, had it for around 4/5 day's. DEF Recommend....

U70%
by U####:

Works as advertised, toggle device on/off, but no shortcut or widget, which is really annoying. All permissions and notifications I have disabled in phone settings, not a big deal. But lack of control the device from shortcut is a deal breaker

D70%
by D####:

Everything is good but why does the developer need Phone Call permissions? This just annoys me and tells something is fishy. If developer replies I will change my rating. Other than that the App works awesomely

U70%
by U####:

I've had it for about 3 months and it worked fine until now where I keep getting this error. No apps can perform this function in the app that doesn't even load up when it shows that error. And I can't even use my lights with Alexa so it's completely useless right now.

U70%
by U####:

The app requires permission to make and receive phone calls before it will open? No thanks. I recommend that no one else use the app either. This is not ok. Try the Tuya Smart app instead.

U70%
by U####:

Why the battery drain and permissions? Doesn't appear they want to answer this question. Amazon recommends this product? Wow. Way to stand behind your tecommendations. Waiting to see if Amazon replies or the product, all four plugs, are going back.

F70%
by F####:

Needs permission to your phone to work. Can only use 2.4ghz Wifi network. And runs CONSTANTLY in the background draining your battery. Returning after hour 1. What a terrible software experience.

U70%
by U####:

Installed app on my wifi only tablet, no phone, but phone permission is on (why?). All other permissions are off. No issues with operating. Verification code sent via text message to phone. Works with Alexa on Echo Dot. I have not experienced any battery usage issues. No notification being displayed. App size installed is substantially larger than Kasa and dLink Home, which do more and do not ask phone permission, and I find that puzzling. Got smart plug for a great price as a lightning deal special on Amazon. Don't need app on my phone.

U70%
by U####:

Like others, I don't understand the need to access my phone, nor do I like that. I also cannot add any of my devices because the app limits the length of Wifi passwords to 48 characters, even for WPA2 security. I am not going to change my WiFi password just to install this app. Furthermore, app says it only supports 2.4Ghz WiFi channels which means I would have to change the preferred WiFi on my phone... really? It's not worth it. Make some changes and maybe I could use this app, but not as it currently is. I did not uninstall this app immediately and started noticing that my battery usage substantially increased. This app consumed 77% of my battery usage and it's not even being used!!! Uninstalled!
