About Mortgage Calculator
When I shop for mortgage, I wanted a calculator that would help me make an objective decision. "What is the total interest I would pay over the loan life? Am I better off refinancing or keeping the current mortgage? When I have two loan offers, which one is better?" I wanted a well formatted amortization table.
So, I developed this consumer centric app that is very handy to me. I hope the app helps you as much as it does to me.

Works well on the GS3!! Being able to compare loans is top shelf & the ability to use a decimal is awesome compared to other apps of this nature.

Only calculates principal and interest. Needs to be able to calculate Real estate taxes, home owners insurance, PMI, home owners dues and P&I for a valid payment. Come on man!

App does all things required. However, there is no option for an interest only mortgage. It would be great if that option is provided so that two interest only mortgages can be compared.
