So many people complaining of the same issue and the owners are not even bothered to respond or issue an update. Obviously they are not interested in maintaining this app. Then please just disable it and stop wasting users time.

Whats point in doing this app to in courage people along with your product your selling if it doesn't work properly. Let down that it logged me out an wont let me sign back in

Entered everything then at last point it claims I already exist! Not impressed, doesn't instill me with any confidence in the support

This app will get more stars when you can actually log in!! Spend a fortune on their product but no advice given because you can't log in???

trying to sign up but when I create a password it says it must contain letters and numbers between 10-13 which my password contained so cant even sign up for the app. not impressed.

Same as others. Registered on my tablet but when trying to login on the android app on my phone I keep getting the message "unable to verify email address and security answer", but it doesn't ask my security question, it asks for my password! Will have to delete the app as I obviously can't use it. Not good as the app is needed when out and about.

Tried to sine up on this app but wont accept my password, just keeps saying it needs to be between 6-12 letters long and have numbers, and it is 12 letters long and has 2 numbers in it

There must be a bug, doesn't let you log 'finish' after completing registration details. Needs fixing!!!

Crashed, wrong password, wrong security answer, for fat binder not max strength, xls medical expensive enough don't make a dodgy app as well please very disappointing.

Registered put all my details in and it is now stuck on the end page. My weigh in day is Thursdays but I don't start the plan until Sunday.

Password not accepted app freezes whole thing a total mess company needs to sort this out leaves you wondering if tablets actually work

Seem to be having a similar issue to others of just getting stuck on the end page. Frustrating.
