Eventbase - the Free Event App

I'm amazed at just how many customization features are available in the free version of this app without any ads whatsoever. In a perfect world of endless freebies, the app would also include a way to upload attachments to events (like seminar handouts), a way to feature in-app videos, and an internal communication system, such as for push notifications of last-minute schedule changes. But that's just me being extra greedy. :-) As-is, the app is simply wonderful, especially for a free product. Thank you!

Easy to use, flexible, and very useful.

Guys, your app does not work on iOS. The app shuts the phone down when you launch the Event Guide. Major Fail if it does not have a fix. It seems to be working alright in the latest version Android, however slightly older version do not load the Event Guide quickly. The response time seems to be slow even on a WiFi. Should make a good app - probably the best free Event app if these get fixed!

Now you want access to contacts, control of flashlight, web history, and bookmarks? Too much bloat. Uninstalled.

This application was fantastic and I received tremendous positive response from all conference users.I highly recommend this,I had no issues and found it very flexible.

My first time trying to use the app, it wouldn't pull up anything, saying that i needed an internet connection. At that moment I was using data, so I waited until I could get access to wifi. However, even then it still said the same thing. I'm not pleased with my experience with this app.

Event map does not work and drives us crazy. There is no single table showing all events and their times, so it is very hard in the App to plan and schedule the time and what events to see.

Great app. I would recommend that the notes section have more flexibility. Scrolling up or down and selecting places to edit can be tricky. But otherwise a cool app.

It's doing every thing I could ask for with my small convention. Easy to set up and I'm pleased.

Was looking for a way to share information with attendees to our conference. Easy enough to use in setup; received positive comments from users.

Perfect for my needs... Except on my Android, the GMap bounces uncontrollably. It refuses to stop at all.

has the potential to be a good app, needs clearing of old events expired years ago or updated. more local events / marketing needed

If you feel the need to launch a background process despite my not having started your application since my tablet has booted, I'm uninstalling. Less bloat and/or spying, guys.

It's 11/14 why New York has old events? Halloween and 2013?

Keeps us up to date with my husband's training schedule on a day to day basis. I love that it notifies me of any updates each time I open the app.

Great app, introduces you to new music at festivals before you go. Info is good and like the design too. :-)

Kept saying it couldn't download the latest event list and to try again when I had an Internet connection. Funny how my lack of Internet connection allows me to download the app, run it and the post this review. (I tried on 4G & WiFi)

Good app.

Can not see details of conference session. When I click on session title it shows speaker instead of detail listing. Sometimes shows venue. Inconsistent. Need ability to provide feedback on a session to the event organizer.

Was okay for the convention I attended.. Didn't seem to have a way of showing only the events that I starred. It also had no settings to show distances in metric and the built in map was broken as it would just bounce in and out from space into Australia and back out again.. It was semi hypnotic so it got a star for that :p

Awesome awesome app... especially to be free. I would pay for this app.
