Not sure what happened it was super easy to send money before now has been impossible I have a gray block that cover most of the transaction including the continue button. Not sure what it's your "behind the scenes improvements"

JUNE 11TH 8:00 PM.. --->AWAY FROM STORES AND ONLY HAD MY PHONE AND VISA.. FAMILY CONTACTED ME SO I COULD HELP THEM WITH SOME MONEY. (SOLVING HEALTH PROBLEMS) NOW THE ONLY MONEY I HAD GETS HELD BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE MY LATEST BANK STATEMENT IN MY HAND AND AN ID. SOO NOW IT'S LATE , MONEY ON HOLD,FAMILY IN NEEDS AND AWAY FROM HOME. I TOUGHT I COULD REALLY TRUST THIS APP AS I WAS TRUSTING XOOM GIVING OUT ALL MY INFO. ---->DID NOT WORK FOR ME THIS TIME <-----

I personally wouldnt recommend this app. I wanted to send money from my American Acc to my South African Acc. I did the whole set up process no where in the process or on their website did it say you will need to send documents or that you will need to phone for verification. Without knowing this i did my transaction thinking this will be quick and easy. I received an email saying i need to phone for verification or else they will cancel the transaction, in my opinion they should be phoning you for verification. Anyways i called and they asked me some questions and then redirected me to someone else who asked me more questions and then said they will call back. They call back requesting my government ID or passport and my bank statement. So i sent my ID and cropped my bank statement with it just showing my name, address and banking details. The next day they responded saying they cant accept it and that i need to send another government ID and 1st page of my bank statement, i feel its unnecessary that they need to see the first page of my bank statement as it shows how much is in my account. So i canceled it all together. Something that was suppose to be quick and easy turned out to be long and frustrating.

I has been using this app for around 5 years and never have a problem. However, the dometimes Xoom pay a lot chiper than really type exchance is in Mexico.

Forget this App!!!!. Worst company ever. Transactions are super slow. I sent in all required docs incl. Bank statements etc. I got a creditscore of 790!. and they still verify every single transaction. Seriously forget this app. Customer support is just horrible. American company only working with Bangladesh employees!. Super disappointed that PayPal is behind all this. PayPal will receive respective notice.

I send money to the Philippines often and with xoom its available 5 seconds after I send it. Low fees and good exchange rate.

I send 290 dollars but it went through 290.00 but I didn't have that much money in my account . Xoom said it's my fault and I had to pay all this amount . When i convert money rupees to dollars I lost $500.00 So please don't use this app it's not worth it all .

We constantly send money to my in-laws and xoom makes it easy sends them a text to notify to pick up funds and me a txt once they have claimed funds.

Reliable app, faster credit and good exchange rates. Could do better in providing transaction reports. Right now i have to copy paste 10 transactions at a time to a spreadsheet in order to perform analysis. Also its pretty hard to look at recipient's full bank details before sending

I always use this app. For my country Pakistan best exchange rate than western union. And very easy the receiver can receive just amount in five minutes. If he is in ATM machine and he have no sufficient funds in just one call he can received amount from US lol.

Xoom is good service, but this application not really if you have PayPal linked, it redirect to the browser all the time.

Easiest service like boiling eggs or making noodles very fast loved it recommend to everone.
