This is 2017 and it's not compatible with a Samsung S7!! The app won't sync and I can't change the date or the time on my watch!! Thanks for nothing!!
It just stopped working when it try to connect to tracker. Its my first time connection.

Phone always goes to sleep on its own! Countless hours of work out time, trying to build up my step count time only to find out it had been asleep the whole time. And just yesterday i took it off the charger and the time is 12 min off and i cant get the app to fix the time! So now not only is it a crappy step counter, it doesnt even keep time! Sure wish i could get my money back. How can the app still be messed up, i think the everlast team is lazy!!!
It seems to sync fine but I can not get in to the settings menu!! I would like to be able to set the correct time and date but it does not work. Uninstalled and installed hoping it would finally work but nothing. The tracker seems to be fine but the app really sucks!! Wish I could give it no stars!! I hope the developers read the complaints and fixes this but then again it is just hopefully wishing.
The app app is the easiest way to keep check on your fitness.

This device and the app is not tested before shipping to market. There are lots of issues.
I can't even get it to connect to the app. Just keeps telling me pairing then it disappears. Disappointed I can't even use this product.
Is bad also the watch... is better to get something 20 box more expensive than this
The watch not only tracks steps but also wrist movement.....really messes up the whole step counter part of what's needed. Complety worthless. If its miscounting steps then the wrong information is used which gives me false results.
This app doesn't auto sync to your phone. I bought the watch specifically so it can track my sleep and steps, but when I switch it from sleep to activity mode and open the app, no data is listed. I called the customer service line and was told it takes time to sync your sleep but I've had my watch for a week and still nothing. The heart icon flashed on my watch late one night but the vague instructions the watch came with doesn't say what that heart icon means. This is more of a child's toy than a fitness tracker.

Can't even open device icon on app to sync. I had this set up for 2 months and then it stopped syncing, I reinstalled and now I can't even set it up. So disappointed!
Things I (theoretically) like... My T002 (and app) does a much better job of recording Sleep Patterns, and is more accurate counting steps, than my other Tracker... BUT... The touch screen switches me from "active" to "sleep" (and vice-versa) without user input. Also, the Bluetooth sync is problematic. It connects fine, but will not disconnect once sync is completed (Kyocera Brigadier, all US Verizon updates).. Within the last week, up to the current update, connected, but stopped downloading at all...
Such a great, well designed tracker, why did you not put any effort into insuring a great user experience? Connecting to the app hardly ever works, Bluetooth fails again and again until I finally just give up. Will end up switching to something else because the details on the simple stuff were overlooked.
