Yang TaiChi40-5

In this program, my father demonstrates how to play Yang Style TaiChi 40. He is 69 years old， and has played TaiChi for about 20 years. Playing TaiChi is one of his secrets to be healthy. My personal experience is to keep up, and you will feel the benefit TaiChi brings to you. There is old chinese saying "You will know what is TaiChi after you practise about thousand times".


This application is meant to help you to play TaiChi 40(which is the basic of TaiChi). Although there are plenty of resource in the internet, I always feel it is more effective to refer to the movement in the handphone on the real time basis.
