Absolute killer on battery. Permissions are too much. The app doesnt run smoothly and drains your battery needs a complete overhaul

Im running a galaxy s7. It drains the battery in about 30 to 40 minutes of use. Also causes the phone to heat up to insane levels nearly too hot to touch. App also causes the phone to stop responding if left running in the background.

It was great at first but now every time I use it I get network errors so can't access it at all so now it's totally pointless

Extremely heavy battery usage when idle, over 320mah in about 65 minutes, it looks like this is cloned by other manufacturers, but the password requirements in this are higher so you can't change to this without changing to a longer password (7 chars+)

Drains my new battery. Company told me to basically switch phones and buy new battery.. NOT ! Company should switch to another app to help their customers. I don't recommend buying HView camera that only uses one app Yoosee =not so great ! I would not buy another one.

New update sucks, network busy and cannot watch the recorded videos. This never happen with the old version.

For some reason, Bluetooth gets activated and when I turn it off my phone reboots. It doesn't see my SD card in and Android 6.0.

Battery killer. Galaxy Note 4 gets very hot. You can't completely exit this app. It runs in the background and eats your battery

Hi i bought wifi door bell with camera which need this apps to work and stay running 24x7 otherwise the bell will not sound when visitors arrived. The problem is the App stop running frequently and i missed not hearing lot of visitor and postman rang. Can you please this? Can you also provide a means of user be able to make app feature request? Another suggestion is can you maked the apps remember password to open the door without having to re-enter door password every time? Thank you.

Turn off application to run in background when is turned off. And also I have problem with motion detection sensitivity. After 3-5 days from high sensitivity automatically change to middle sensitivity. I must to check sensitivity and change to high after some days.

Slow to connect again after latest update.

Impossible to watch history records. Before it was working just fine, now it doesnt. Someone stole in my shop yesday and i can't watch the video back. Someone stole me, and you stole me too with that shot app!

I don't really understand why the app has to stay in background even when turned off. If I don't force close it, the battery is gone in half a day. This is a reason why I can only give one star.

The update drains the battery and it has network connection issues most of the time. Older version was working better. Update-Gwell guyd sent me a link that apparently fix the draining battery issue. So far so good.

The ridiculous list of permissions this app requests alone gives it a one star. But it also gets a one star for endless network connection messages, terrible grammar everywhere, iOS style design, not using Android account system, permanent notifications, horrible pan functionality, and no proper landscape support. Also it drains the battery. I haven't launched it in days and it is still using more battery than any other app.

Pls fix login issue... I can't watch live and recording video almost all the time.. The screen turn to black each time try to use it.. Previous version didn't have this such of problem.. Note this issue pls and than more star for this app... Thx..

A battery sucker app that gives network issues most of the times. It is using 70% of my battery on s7 edge. However, if it works, then it is a good app.

'network is busy' message too often and even on wifi. The permanent icon in notifications and the fact you have to go though hoops to close it is annoying. Would like a feature where it takes pictures per motion detection rather than video.

I got a new phone and am trying to connect camera to WiFi again and it's not working ...I reset..and still nothing...I do think know what else to do. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled..still won't work.i got it working perfectly before.

After the new update app drains battery like no other app I've seen before. Need to force close app in order to end the process to preserve battery, ridiculous, please fix the battery drain immediately. Already reported to google

This app always runs in the background, which wouldn't be so bad if that didn't cause a non-dismissable icon to always be displayed on the Android lock screen and icon bar. Even a force close doesn't stop it, as it just restarts itself.

Please add video recording button same like we have a button to capture still image.. Jan-17: Thanks for adding Video recording button, I like it. Please add video/image share option I.e. sharing a captured video on whatsapp or something like that

All devices list not refreshing after updating to the latest version... Please fix this problem as soon as possible..also the previous version is better than the last ..

As others have said, the app is an absolute battery killer. Have a newish galaxy s7, and the battery can last 1 full day with heavy usage, and 36h with moderate usage. I regularly don't charge for 2 days at a time. This app is so terrible, it took my phone from 30% battery to 2% in the span of about 10 minutes (not exaggerating). When I plugged in at that 2%, I left the app running and checked my battery % after 30 minutes of "charging", it had not gone up a single percent. Basically, this app used all the power my factory s7 charger could pull, and there was none left to charge the phone. Speaking as a programmer, this is completely unacceptable that you did not thread this app correctly. The overall design and feel of the app is great, but completely irrelevant so long as it's unusable in this form. Program it with proper threading, and I will update my review. As it stands this app gets 0 stars.
