A concepção do ECOPOINT contou com a participação do Instituto HomemTerra (ABA-YBY), IBAMA e Zoológico Sargento Prata, sendo assim, um espaço único e uma iniciativa inédita no Ceará.

Com uma área extremamente verde, contando com uma infra-estrutura original e arrojada, aliada aos recursos didáticos e humanos necessários, o ECOPOINT é uma perspectiva educacional bastante inovadora, algo difícil de encontrar nos dias de hoje, e vejam só... Para concretizar o objetivo de formação de novos multiplicadores desse amor ao meio ambiente é preciso: preservar, conhecer, viver, sentir e transformar.
